Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesObjetivo do Cargo

Atuar como ponte entre negócio e tecnologia, levantando requisitos, projetando soluções sistêmicas e garantindo a qualidade das entregas de software, integrações e automações da organização.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar levantamento e análise de requisitos funcionais e não-funcionais junto a áreas de negócio

• Projetar soluções de sistemas (arquitetura, integrações, APIs, microsserviços) 

• Elaborar especificações técnicas e documentação de sistemas 

• Acompanhar e validar entregas de desenvolvimento junto ao time de engenharia 

• Mapear processos de negócio e propor melhorias via automação e sistemas 

• Gerenciar integrações entre sistemas internos e externos (APIs REST, webhooks, ETL) 

• Conduzir testes de aceitação (UAT) e homologação de soluções 

• Prestar suporte de nível 3 e análise de incidentes em sistemas críticos

Requisitos e qualificações• Graduação em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas 

• 5+ anos de experiência em análise de sistemas de TI 

• Experiência com modelagem de processos (BPMN) e documentação técnica 

• Conhecimento de APIs REST, microsserviços e arquiteturas de integração 

• Familiaridade com bancos de dados relacionais e SQL 

• Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) 

• Capacidade analítica e visão de negócio para traduzir necessidades em soluções 

• Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de requisitos e testes 

Diferenciais

• Certificações CBAP, CPRE ou equivalentes em análise de negócios 

• Experiência com ERP (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS) 

• Conhecimento de RPA e ferramentas de automação (Power Automate, UiPath) 

• Experiência com cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
