Atuará diretamente com sistemas Softplan (Sienge) e CV CRM, recebendo escalonamentos do atendimento inicial e servindo de interface técnica entre as áreas de negócio, a equipe de desenvolvimento e os fornecedores de software.

Responsabilidades e atribuições🎯 O que espera por você no seu dia a dia:Principais AtividadesSuporte Técnico e Solução de Problemas: Atendimento a usuários para sanar dúvidas, diagnosticar falhas e resolver incidentes (troubleshooting) nas rotinas do Sienge e do CV CRM, e outros sistemas corporativos.Gestão de Integrações: Acompanhamento, monitoramento e manutenção da integração entre CV e Sienge e demais sistemas, com verificação diária de filas, webhooks e rotinas automatizadas e tratamento das falhas identificadas.Parametrização e Cadastros: Configuração de regras de negócio, permissões, perfis de acesso, webhooks e parâmetros de sistema conforme as necessidades da empresa.Melhoria Contínua: Identificação de gargalos nos processos dos usuários, abertura e acompanhamento de chamados evolutivos com as equipes de desenvolvimento ou fornecedores dos softwares.Documentação: Criação de materiais de apoio, FAQs e guias para a base de conhecimento interna e para os usuários finais, além de treinamento de usuários-chave e transferência de conhecimento ao atendimento de primeiro nível.

Requisitos e qualificações🔎 O que esperamos de você:Requisitos Obrigatórios Superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas. Experiência mínima de 5 anos em suporte, sustentação ou análise de sistemas corporativos, sendo pelo menos 3 anos em ERP com atuação em parametrização. Leitura e interpretação de logs de aplicação e de integração. Conhecimento de APIs REST e webhooks: consumo, teste e tratamento de erros. Vivência com processos de gestão de incidentes, problemas e mudanças.

Conhecimentos Desejados para a Função

Domínio de ERP e CRM: Experiência prévia com a utilização, parametrização ou suporte do Sienge ERP e do ecossistema CV CRM. Visão de Processos: Compreensão do ciclo de incorporação imobiliária, desde a prospecção de leads e vendas (CRM) até a execução de obras, repasse e controle financeiro (ERP). Habilidade Analítica: Facilidade para analisar logs, mapear fluxos de dados, realizar testes de integração e desenhar melhorias operacionais.
