Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar na evolução das soluções SAP FI, promovendo inovação, automação e eficiência nos processos financeiros da Vibra. Essa posição terá papel fundamental na transformação digital da área, apoiando a evolução do SAP S/4HANA e a aplicação de novas tecnologias e Inteligência Artificial para geração de valor ao negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSer referência funcional e estratégica em SAP FI/S/4HANA;Garantir a governança e evolução dos processos financeiros no SAP;Atuar em parceria com Contabilidade, Controladoria, Fiscal, Tesouraria, CSC e áreas de negócio;Liderar projetos de transformação, melhorias e implantação de novas funcionalidades;Avaliar impactos e oportunidades decorrentes de novas versões e releases do SAP S/4HANA;Promover standardização, simplificação e automação dos processos;Garantir integração de FI com MM, SD, CO, AA, TRM e demais módulos/processos;Atuar na estratégia de integrações entre SAP e sistemas satélites;Garantir aderência aos princípios de Clean Core;Avaliar oportunidades de utilização de SAP BTP, Fiori, automação e IA;Apoiar auditorias, controles internos, compliance e requisitos regulatórios;Gerenciar fornecedores e parceiros de tecnologia, garantindo qualidade e cumprimento de SLAs;Atuar na gestão de incidentes críticos e problemas estruturais;Conduzir análises de causa raiz e planos de melhoria contínua;Garantir qualidade, integridade e rastreabilidade dos dados financeiros;Apoiar o negócio na identificação de oportunidades de redução de custos, eficiência e geração de valor.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Desejável pós-graduação/MBA em Tecnologia, Gestão de Projetos, Finanças, Controladoria ou áreas relacionadas;Desejável certificação SAP em FI + ABAP S/4HANA. Competências necessáriasSólidos conhecimentos em SAP FI, preferencialmente em ambiente SAP S/4HANA;Conhecimento dos principais processos de: General Ledger – GL Accounts Payable – AP Accounts Receivable – AR Asset Accounting – AA Bank Accounting Cash Management Closing / Financial Closing Integrações bancárias e financeiras;Conhecimento de integração FI com CO, MM, SD, AA, PS e módulos fiscais;Conhecimento de processos de contabilidade, contas a pagar, contas a receber, conciliação, fechamento contábil e financeiro;Conhecimento de SAP Fiori e experiência do usuário no S/4HANA;Conhecimento de integrações entre SAP e sistemas satélites utilizando APIs, RFC, BAPI, IDoc, interfaces e middleware;Desejável conhecimento de SAP BTP, extensibilidade e integração;Conhecimento dos conceitos de Clean Core e boas práticas de evolução do S/4HANA;Conhecimento de SAP Notes, OSS, incidentes e gestão de problemas;Conhecimento de gestão de mudanças, transportes e governança SAP;Desejável experiência com SAP DRC / documentos eletrônicos e integrações fiscais;Desejável conhecimento em SAP Analytics / Embedded Analytics;Desejável conhecimento de aplicação de IA e automação em processos financeiros.
