Nossos resultados evidenciam esse comprometimento.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e manter aplicações utilizando .NET 8 e .NET 10.Projetar e implementar APIs RESTful seguindo boas práticas de arquitetura e segurança.Atuar na construção de soluções orientadas a eventos utilizando Kafka e RabbitMQ.Aplicar padrões modernos de desenvolvimento e arquitetura, garantindo escalabilidade, observabilidade e resiliência.Participar da sustentação e evolução de sistemas de Core Bancário.Monitorar e analisar indicadores de performance e disponibilidade das aplicações.Colaborar com times multidisciplinares utilizando metodologias ágeis.Atuar em investigações de incidentes, troubleshooting e análise de causa raiz.Contribuir para a definição de padrões técnicos e boas práticas de engenharia de software.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência TécnicaSólida experiência com C# e .NET (8 ou superior).Experiência na construção de APIs RESTful de alta performance.Vivência com RabbitMQ e/ou Apache Kafka.Conhecimento avançado em arquitetura orientada a eventos (Event-Driven).Experiência com conceitos de Event Sourcing.Domínio de padrões de projeto (Design Patterns) e arquiteturas modernas.Experiência com práticas de observabilidade, monitoramento e troubleshooting.Vivência em ambientes de desenvolvimento ágil (Scrum/Kanban).Experiência de NegócioExperiência comprovada em instituições financeiras, fintechs ou sistemas de Core Bancário.Atuação em sustentação, evolução e modernização de aplicações críticas de negócio.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisExperiência com soluções da Matera.Conhecimento do ecossistema Pix, incluindo SPI, DICT, MED, Mensageria Bacen e fluxos transacionais.Vivência com microsserviços e arquiteturas distribuídas.Experiência com Kubernetes e containers.Conhecimento em práticas DevOps e CI/CD.Experiência com bancos de dados SQL Server, Oracle ou PostgreSQL.Competências comportamentaisForte capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas complexos.Perfil colaborativo e voltado para trabalho em equipe.Boa comunicação com áreas técnicas e de negócio.Senso de urgência e responsabilidade em ambientes críticos.Capacidade de tomada de decisão baseada em dados e evidências.
