DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGAEstamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Configuração de Produto para atuar na configuração, parametrização e sustentação de sistemas e produtos, garantindo que regras de negócio, lançamentos comerciais, promoções e adequações regulatórias sejam refletidos corretamente nas aplicações, com qualidade e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.Essa pessoa será responsável por traduzir necessidades de negócio em configurações sistêmicas, apoiar lançamentos de produtos e assegurar a integridade dos processos relacionados a venda, atendimento e faturamento, contribuindo para a evolução contínua do portfólio e das soluções tecnológicas da companhia.Trabalhará em parceria com equipes de negócios, tecnologia e operações, garantindo alinhamento entre processos, sistemas e estratégias da organização.RESPONSABILIDADE E ATRIBUIÇÕESRealizar a configuração e parametrização de sistemas de acordo com requisitos de negócio, incluindo produtos, planos, ofertas, descontos e regras comerciais;Analisar demandas funcionais e traduzir regras de negócio em configurações sistêmicas;Avaliar impactos de alterações em parâmetros e processos, garantindo a consistência das soluções;Executar testes funcionais e homologações relacionados a novas configurações e atualizações;Apoiar lançamentos de novos produtos, serviços e evoluções do portfólio;Garantir a integridade cadastral e o correto funcionamento dos processos de venda, atendimento e faturamento;Prestar suporte na identificação e resolução de problemas relacionados à parametrização de sistemas;Acompanhar implantações, atualizações e melhorias sistêmicas;Elaborar e manter documentação funcional e operacional atualizada;Interagir com equipes multidisciplinares para tratamento de incidentes, implementação de melhorias e condução de projetos;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, sistemas e práticas da área.REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES Conhecimento em CRM e configuração de produtos e serviços;Experiência com parametrização de sistemas e regras de negócio;Conhecimento de processos de telecomunicações e modelagem de ofertas será considerado um diferencial;Familiaridade com análise de requisitos e documentação funcional;Capacidade analítica para identificação de impactos e resolução de problemas;Perfil organizado, colaborativo e orientado a resultados;Boa comunicação para interação com diferentes áreas e stakeholders.COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICASParametrização e configuração de produtos em sistemas corporativos;CRM e gestão de ofertas comerciais;Análise de requisitos e regras de negócio;Testes funcionais e homologação;Processos de telecomunicações;Metodologias ágeis;Documentação funcional e operacional.DESEJÁVEISNoções de SQL serão consideradas um diferencial;Vivência em projetos multidisciplinares envolvendo áreas de negócio e tecnologia;Experiência com telecomunicações, lançamentos de produtos ou plataformas CRM será considerada um diferencial;Conhecimento dos processos da Algar Telecom e do Algar CRM será um diferencial.FORMAÇÃOEnsino Superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Telecomunicações ou áreas correlatas.
