Perfil orientado a brindar soporte técnico a usuarios y gestionar de manera integral los activos tecnológicos del cliente, asegurando la correcta preparación, configuración, entrega, recepción y trazabilidad de los equipos. El rol busca garantizar la continuidad operativa de los usuarios y, al mismo tiempo, mantener un control actualizado y confiable del inventario TI, reduciendo pérdidas, inconsistencias y tiempos de indisponibilidad.

Responsabilidades y atribucionesPrincipales responsabilidadesBrindar soporte técnico a usuarios en la configuración, instalación y habilitación de equipos y dispositivos TI.Preparar computadores y periféricos de acuerdo con los estándares y perfiles definidos por el cliente.Atender y resolver incidentes y requerimientos relacionados con hardware, software, conectividad y configuración de equipos.Coordinar la entrega, asignación, devolución y recepción de activos tecnológicos.Mantener actualizado el inventario de equipos, accesorios y demás activos TI.Registrar y controlar movimientos, asignaciones, traslados, cambios de usuario, bajas y devoluciones.Mantener respaldo documental de la entrega y recepción de equipos, asegurando trazabilidad durante todo su ciclo de vida.Realizar controles y conciliaciones periódicas de inventario, identificando diferencias o inconsistencias.Coordinar con usuarios, mesa de ayuda y áreas internas la disponibilidad y entrega oportuna de equipamiento.Generar reportes de soporte, inventario y estado de activos para facilitar el seguimiento y la toma de decisiones del cliente.Apoyar procesos de renovación, recuperación, reemplazo y baja de activos tecnológicos.

Requisitos y calificaciones Conocimientos y experienciaExperiencia en soporte técnico a usuarios y atención de requerimientos TI.Experiencia en configuración, instalación y preparación de equipos computacionales.Experiencia en gestión, control e inventario de activos tecnológicos.Conocimientos de hardware, sistemas operativos, periféricos y herramientas de soporte.Manejo de herramientas de registro de tickets e inventario de activos.Experiencia en control documental, trazabilidad y seguimiento de activos.Deseable experiencia en ambientes corporativos y gestión de inventarios de alto volumen.CompetenciasOrientación al cliente y al servicio.Capacidad de resolución de problemas.Organización y atención al detalle.Rigurosidad en el control y registro de información.Capacidad de coordinación y seguimiento.Proactividad y autonomía.Orientación al cumplimiento y continuidad operacionalInformaciones adicionalesBeneficios Stefanini
