Se você possui experiência em desenvolver atividades diretamente com o cliente, incentivar a utilização do sistema, realizar operação assistida e participar ativamente da construção da jornada do cliente, essa vaga é para você!O Analista de Sucesso do Cliente será responsável por garantir que nossos clientes atinjam seus objetivos ao utilizar nossos produtos e serviços, promovendo uma experiência positiva e duradoura com a nossa empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e acompanhar a jornada de sucesso do cliente;Monitorar indicadores de sucesso do cliente, como engajamento, satisfação e renovação;Identificar oportunidades de expansão e melhorias no atendimento;Entender o que é sucesso para seu cliente;Antecipar riscos e propor planos de ação preventivos;Engajar o cliente na utilização dos sistemas desenvolvidos pela Geopixel;Realizar reuniões e apresentações no cliente;Visitas semanais de acompanhamento;Ministrar treinamentos e consultorias;Realizar onboarding e ativar os clientes após a venda;Fornecer soluções práticas para o dia a dia do cliente;Produzir relatórios e indicadores de atendimento;Agir proativamente junto ao cliente na construção de usos estratégicos das soluções da Geopixel.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações:Superior Completo em Geografia, Arquitetura, Engenharia Cartográfica, Florestal, Ambiental, Biologia ou áreas correlatas e/ou experiência comprovada na área;Conhecimento em Sistemas de Informação Geográfica.Indispensável:Carteira de motorista categoria B, com prática de direção em estrada;Disponibilidade para viagens.Desejáveis:Habilidade com treinamentos;Atendimento ao cliente;Bons conhecimentos na ferramenta Office;Conhecimentos relacionados a prefeituras municipais;Técnicas de negociação.
