Requisitos e qualificaçõesFacilidade em comunicação empática, tanto escrita quanto verbal;Perfil consultivo, organizado e orientado a relacionamento;Familiaridade com tecnologia e sistemas de gestão;Habilidade com a língua portuguesa para escrita e interpretação de texto;Facilidade com aplicativos para computador e celular;Ter trabalhado pelo menos há 1 ano, em qualquer área.DiferenciaisExperiência com franquias ou redes de food service;Experiência em atendimento ao cliente ou customer success;Conhecimento do setor de bares, restaurantes ou hospitalidade;Experiência com ferramentas de CRM;Conhecimento técnico sobre o sistema Yooga ou sistemas de gestão similares.
