Você será responsável por conduzir os treinamentos iniciais de novos clientes, transformando expectativas em valor percebido desde os primeiros dias de uso da nossa solução.

Responsabilidades e atribuições🚀 Como será seu dia a dia: Realizar treinamentos com novos clientes, apresentando a plataforma e boas práticas de uso; Garantir a ativação e uso inicial dos principais recursos do sistema; Alinhar expectativas, mapear prioridades e montar planos de ação junto aos clientes; Apoiar a integração de dados, instalação de dispositivos e primeiros acompanhamentos de indicadores; Interagir com áreas como Vendas, Suporte, Instalação, Suprimentos e Comercial para garantir fluidez na jornada inicial; Monitorar métricas de ativação, engajamento e satisfação nas etapas iniciais da jornada; Propor melhorias contínuas nos processos de onboarding e materiais de apoio.Requisitos e qualificações🔍 O que buscamos:Formação: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Relações Internacionais, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos e Habilidades: Boa comunicação com públicos diversos: saber dialogar tanto com gestores (diretores, coordenadores de frota) quanto com equipes operacionais. Experiência com onboarding, implantação ou Customer Success em soluções B2B. Conhecimento em Sucesso do Cliente. Organização e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos clientes simultaneamente. Domínio de ferramentas como Google Sheets e CRM (Hubspot é um diferencial). Clareza e didática para conduzir apresentações e treinamentos.

Desejáveis (não obrigatórios): Conhecimento desejável em pelo menos um dos seguintes segmentos: Transporte Rodoviário de Cargas, Sistemas de Telemetria ou Empresas de Tecnologia ligadas ao setor de transportes. Conhecimento desejável setor de transporte rodoviário de cargas: entender operações de transportadoras, tipos de frota e principais indicadores de desempenho. Visão consultiva e orientação para redução de custos: capacidade de identificar oportunidades que gerem economia de diesel, redução de manutenções e melhor gestão da frota. Conhecimento prévio em logística, transporte ou mobilidade.
