Capacidade de analisar indicadores de utilização, engajamento e saúde da carteira;Perfil analítico e orientado a dados;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e capacidade de gerenciar diferentes clientes e demandas simultaneamente;Perfil consultivo, com foco em entender problemas e propor soluções;Proatividade para identificar riscos e oportunidades antes que sejam percebidos pelo cliente;Facilidade para trabalhar em conjunto com diferentes áreas da empresa.

Diferencial: Experiência em gestão de carteira Saas.Experiência com ferramentas de CRM e/ou plataformas de gestão de Customer Success (Hubspot);
