Atua de forma estratégica na jornada do cliente, com foco em adoção, retenção e expansão de receita. Possui perfil analítico, orientado a dados e indicadores, com capacidade de antecipar riscos e propor melhorias contínuas. Demonstra autonomia, senso de dono e habilidade para atuar de forma consultiva, alinhando necessidades do cliente aos objetivos do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão da jornada do cliente (adoção, retenção e expansão);Análise de indicadores de performance e saúde do cliente (KPIs e métricas de uso);Monitoramento operacional de soluções e acompanhamento de performance do cliente em relação ao uso dos serviços; Utilização de ferramentas de CRM para gestão de carteira e relacionamento e Pacote Office intermediário (com foco em análise e apresentação de dados);Identificação de riscos e oportunidades com base em dados e comportamento do cliente;Elaboração de planos de ação e propostas de melhoria contínua;Interface com áreas técnicas, operacionais e comerciais;Conhecimento em acessibilidade, Libras e/ou tecnologias assistivas (diferencial)Requisitos e qualificaçõesComunicação clara, objetiva e orientada a resultados.Habilidade de relacionamento e gestão de stakeholders.Perfil analítico, pensamento crítico e resolução de problemas.Proatividade, organização e gestão de prioridades.Autonomia, senso de responsabilidade e visão estratégica.Foco na experiência do cliente e geração de valor.Flexibilidade e adaptabilidade.Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office.Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM.Cursos ou certificações em Customer Success, Experiência do Cliente (CX) ou áreas correlatas (desejável).Conhecimento em Libras ou Tecnologias Assistivas (desejável).Informações adicionaisRegime de contratação CLT, com atuação 100% presencial.
