Atuando na condução de reuniões com instituições supervisionadas, elaboração e monitoramento de planos de ação, bem como na analise e revisão de políticas e procedimentos aplicáveis. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSerá responsável por acompanhar atividades de administração fiduciária e gestão de recursos de terceiros, com foco em fundos financeiros e estruturados. Conduzir reuniões de supervisão e relacionamento com instituições participantes.Elaborar e monitorar planos de ação junto às instituições supervisionadas. Revisar e analisar políticas, normas e procedimentos aplicáveis aos supervisionados. Gerenciar os canais de atendimento e suporte da área. Aplicar conhecimento técnico em fundos financeiros e estruturados para análise e supervisão das instituições. Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores de performance, propondo ações de melhoria contínua. Atuar no Subnúcleo de Ações Preventivas da Superintendência de Supervisão de Mercados da ANBIMA.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Economia, Engenharia, Administração de Empresas ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento da regulação vigente aplicável a fundos de investimento financeiros e fundos estruturados. Experiência em Due Diligence. Experiência na indústria de administração fiduciária e gestão de recursos de terceiros. Vivência em áreas como Compliance, Controles Internos, Auditoria de Fundos de Investimento ou Due Diligence. Conhecimento do pacote Microsoft Office. Boa comunicação oral e escrita. Capacidade de organização e gestão de prioridades. Senso de urgência e foco em resultados. Perfil analítico para avaliação de processos e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria. Perfil proativo, com iniciativa para construção e aperfeiçoamento contínuo de processos.Habilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa, promovendo sinergia e interlocução com diferentes áreas.
