Conduzir e apoiar tecnicamente investigações e análises da supervisão, envolvendo principalmente fundos de investimento e seus prestadores de serviços, sob o conceito de supervisão baseada em risco. O foco está na identificação de indícios de irregularidades, na análise de estruturas, fluxos e responsabilidades dos participantes, e na avaliação de potenciais conflitos de interesse, falhas de governança e descumprimento de deveres fiduciários. Elaborar relatórios técnicos e atuar como apoio técnico em reuniões com participantes de mercado, além de desenvolver e aprimorar filtros de análise aplicáveis à rotina de supervisão de Serviços Qualificados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEsperamos uma atuação robusta e estruturada em temas relacionados às rotinas atreladas ao Código ANBIMA de Serviços Qualificados, com destaque às atividades de custódia e controladoria. Isso inclui conhecimentos práticos sobre controladoria de ativos e passivos, bem como validação de lastro de direitos creditórios em FIDCs, principalmente para identificação de deficiências em controles. Também esperamos conhecimentos sobre a estrutura, o funcionamento e as responsabilidades aplicáveis aos custodiantes, assim como a segregação em relação aos administradores fiduciários e gestores de recursos. A posição exige um perfil analítico, com forte capacidade de análise de documentos, operações e estruturas complexas, além de excelente comunicação escrita, com foco em redação técnica clara e objetiva. Também valorizamos profissionais com: Organização, autonomia e senso crítico apurado; capacidade de atuar em ambientes dinâmicos, com prazos desafiadores; experiência em trabalho colaborativo, especialmente em squads multidisciplinares; e postura proativa, com olhar crítico para a identificação e mitigação de riscos.
