Responsabilidades e atribuições- Realizar atendimento aos clientes por diferentes canais, incluindo telefone e visitas eventuais aos clientes;- Diagnosticar e solucionar dúvidas e problemas relacionados às soluções;- Compreender o contexto do cliente antes de propor uma solução;- Orientar o cliente sobre a melhor utilização das funcionalidades;- Analisar histórico e recorrência das demandas;- Identificar situações que demandem atuação preventiva;- Registrar adequadamente informações relevantes sobre o cliente;- Atuar em conjunto com outras áreas na resolução de problemas;- Contribuir para a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria na experiência do cliente;- Compartilhar conhecimento e contribuir para a evolução da base de conhecimento;- Utilizar ferramentas e recursos de IA para aumentar a eficiência e qualidade do atendimento.
