Atuamos como parceiros de crescimento, combinando gestão profissional, governança, inteligência de mercado, operação e conexões estratégicas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais são as atribuições da vaga?Atuar como primeiro ponto de contato (N1) dos franqueados e unidades da carteira de multifranqueados, realizando atendimento via WhatsApp para esclarecer dúvidas relacionadas a protocolos, processos, ferramentas e sistemas corporativos.Orientar os franqueados com base nos procedimentos e materiais oficiais da franqueadora, buscando a resolução das demandas no primeiro contato sempre que possível;Garantir clareza, precisão e padronização nas informações transmitidas aos franqueados, realizando a abertura, classificação, priorização e acompanhamento dos chamados no Service Desk até a conclusão, mantendo os registros atualizados e os franqueados informados sobre o andamento das demandas.Resolver demandas de primeiro nível dentro de sua alçada, encaminhando situações de maior complexidade às áreas responsáveis e identificando dúvidas recorrentes, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de suporte.Contribuir para a atualização da Base de Conhecimento (FAQ), fluxos e materiais de orientação;Atuar em parceria com a consultoria e demais áreas da franqueadora para garantir agilidade e qualidade na resolução das demandas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa?Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão Empresarial ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Familiaridade com ferramentas de organização de tarefas e sistemas corporativos;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização, atenção aos detalhes, proatividade e dinamismo, com senso de responsabilidade e capacidade de priorizar demandas.Agilidade para solucionar problemas e identificar quando uma demanda precisa ser escalonada;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Flexibilidade e disposição para aprender novas ferramentas e processos.Informações adicionaisO que é um diferencial para esta posição?Vivência com rotinas de suporte e atendimento, preferencialmente no segmento de franquias;Conhecimento de Service Desk e sistemas de gerenciamento de chamados;Familiaridade com canais de atendimento, especialmente WhatsApp;Conhecimento em organização e atualização de FAQs ou bases de conhecimento;Perfil orientado à experiência do cliente e à melhoria contínua.
