O modelo de trabalho é adaptado à realidade de cada função.Essa vaga faz parte do modelo WE Flex, o que significa que você vai trabalhar 4 dias de forma presencial em nossos escritórios e 1 dia de casa. Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar atendimento multicanal aos parceiros comerciais por telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp;Acompanhar demandas e casos em andamento, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;Atuar junto às áreas internas para buscar soluções e retornos aos parceiros;Registrar, atualizar e acompanhar controles e sistemas da área;Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos técnicos sobre produtos, processos e fluxos operacionais;Apoiar ações de capacitação e desenvolvimento da rede de parceiros;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e contribuir para a evolução dos processos da área;Atuar de forma colaborativa com equipes internas para garantir a melhor experiência aos parceiros.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo;Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, suporte comercial ou áreas correlatas;Vivência em treinamento corporativo, capacitação de parceiros ou condução de apresentações;Conhecimento avançado em Excel para controles, acompanhamento de demandas e análise de indicadores;Experiência com Power BI para acompanhamento e apresentação de resultados;Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente PowerPoint;Experiência com ferramentas de criação de conteúdo e treinamento, como Canva, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, CapCut ou similares;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Capacidade de estruturar materiais de treinamento, manuais, apresentações e conteúdos educacionais.Serão diferenciais: Experiência no segmento financeiro ou correspondente bancário;Conhecimento em metodologias de treinamento e aprendizagem corporativa;Vivência com plataformas LMS/EAD;Experiência com gamificação e produção de conteúdos digitais;Conhecimento em indicadores de treinamento e mensuração de resultados.
