Nesta função, você será a peça-chave para garantir a estabilidade dos nossos sistemas corporativos, gerenciando o fluxo de chamados e atuando diretamente na gestão operacional de fornecedores parceiros. Vem construir o futuro da tecnologia com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o atendimento, triagem e acompanhamento de chamados de usuários de sistemas corporativos;Registrar, categorizar e priorizar o fluxo de incidentes e requisições, garantindo o direcionamento correto para as equipes de sustentação;Monitorar e garantir o cumprimento de SLAs de atendimento e prazos de resolução;Atuar na gestão de fornecedores de TI, acompanhando contratos, níveis de serviço e a qualidade das entregas;Ser o ponto focal de comunicação entre usuários, áreas de negócio, equipes técnicas e parceiros;Validar soluções e apoiar a homologação antes da implantação de sistemas em ambiente de produção;Criar e atualizar a documentação técnica e funcional dos processos de suporte;Analisar indicadores e apoiar a liderança na elaboração de relatórios e dashboards de atendimento (KPIs como TMA e MTTR);Identificar falhas recorrentes e propor ações para a melhoria contínua dos processos de Service Desk.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Tecnologia da Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia em suporte a sistemas, Service Desk ou Help Desk corporativo;Experiência prática com ferramentas de gestão de chamados (como ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, GLPI, Freshservice, Movidesk ou similares);Sólido conhecimento em gestão de incidentes, problemas e requisições;Domínio do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel intermediário para análise de dados;Boa comunicação e perfil voltado para a experiência do usuário (UX) e atendimento ao cliente interno.Desejável:Experiência prévia no relacionamento e gestão de fornecedores de tecnologia;Conhecimento prático ou vivência com sistemas ERP (como SAP, COUPA, GTPLAN ou outros sistemas integrados);Noções básicas de banco de dados e integrações de sistemas;Conhecimento em boas práticas de governança de TI (ITIL v3 ou ITIL v4);Vivência em ambientes corporativos de médio ou grande porte.Informações adicionaisCarga horária:Segunda a sexta-feira, das 09h às 18h.Unidade:Av.
