Responsável por realizar análise de dados, desenvolvimento de relatórios de dados e solucionar osproblemas de baixa/média/alta complexidade através de conhecimento avançado em banco de dados, nomenor tempo possível, visando a satisfação dos clientes e o funcionamento das ferramentas, emcumprimento aos padrões e políticas estabelecidas pela empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar análise de dados, através de conhecimento avançado em banco de dados e gerarrelatórios completos e personalizados conforme as necessidades do cliente.● Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de desenvolvimento para entender o código-fonte econtribuir com melhorias para as soluções;● Escrever scripts de banco de dados e desenvolver pequenas ferramentas para automatizar tarefasde suporte;● Documentar as soluções aplicadas e contribuir para a base de conhecimento interna.● Escalar problemas de maior complexidade para o desenvolvimento quando necessário.● Fornecer orientação aos clientes sobre o uso correto do software comercializado pela empresa.● Participar de treinamentos e capacitações para aprimorar o conhecimento sobre o sistema.● Manter uma comunicação eficaz com os usuários e a equipe interna.● Executar ajustes de dados em lote e gerar relatórios personalizados conforme as necessidades docliente.● Investigar incidentes utilizando análise de logs e bancos de dados.● Participar de reuniões com clientes para entender melhor suas necessidades e fornecer soluçõesadequadas quando necessário.● Documentar procedimentos de resolução de problemas para compartilhar conhecimento com osníveis de suporte anteriores.● Colaborar com a equipe de desenvolvimento na identificação e resolução de problemas técnicoscomplexos.● Apoiar no gerenciamento de incidentes críticos.● Colaborar com a liderança (liderança técnica, coordenação e gerência) na gestão das demandascríticas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo Experiência préviaDesejável Inglês (Fluente) e/ou Espanhol (Fluente)Habilidade com Linguagens de programação (Java,C#, PHP, entre outras)Banco de dados SQLInformações adicionaisA Veolia Brasil é uma multinacional francesa comprometida com a transformação ambiental e social.
