Buscamos um(a) Analista de Suporte EAD Jr. para atuar na UNIFACCAMP, integrando a equipe responsável pelo suporte às atividades de Educação a Distância e contribuindo para o bom funcionamento das plataformas e recursos utilizados por alunos e docentes.O profissional será responsável por prestar suporte aos usuários, auxiliando alunos e professores na utilização do ambiente virtual de aprendizagem (AVA), sistemas acadêmicos e demais ferramentas relacionadas ao EAD. Também realizará o acompanhamento e registro de chamados, orientando os usuários na resolução de dúvidas e dificuldades técnicas.Atuará ainda no acompanhamento das atividades e recursos disponíveis nas plataformas, identificando possíveis inconsistências e direcionando situações que necessitem de suporte de outras áreas, contribuindo para a qualidade e continuidade das atividades acadêmicas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte técnico aos alunos, professores e coordenadores relacionado ao ambiente EAD;Atender chamados referentes a acesso ao AVA/Moodle, login, senha, disciplinas e conteúdos;Auxiliar alunos com dificuldades de acesso às aulas, atividades, materiais, provas e demais recursos do AVA;Realizar cadastro, atualização e conferência de usuários no ambiente virtual;Conferir se os alunos estão corretamente vinculados às disciplinas e turmas;Auxiliar professores na utilização do Moodle/AVA, incluindo publicação de materiais, atividades e configurações básicas;Identificar problemas de integração entre o sistema acadêmico e o Moodle/AVA e encaminhar casos mais complexos para a equipe responsável;Acompanhar e tratar chamados relacionados ao EAD, mantendo o usuário informado sobre o andamento;Realizar testes básicos após atualizações ou alterações no ambiente EAD;Apoiar a organização e manutenção das salas virtuais e disciplinas;Identificar erros recorrentes e documentar procedimentos e soluções;Apoiar a equipe de EAD durante períodos de maior demanda, como início de semestre, matrículas e abertura de novas disciplinas;Orientar usuários sobre a utilização correta das ferramentas digitais da instituição;Encaminhar problemas de infraestrutura, sistemas ou integrações que exijam atuação técnica especializada para as equipes responsáveis.

Informações adicionaisEnsino superior completo ou cursando em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em Moodle/AVA e ferramentas de Educação a Distância;Conhecimentos básicos em HTML e CSS;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhar diferentes demandas;Perfil proativo, analítico e orientado à solução de problemas;Facilidade para atendimento e suporte a alunos, professores e demais usuários;Capacidade de trabalho em equipe, atenção aos detalhes e bom relacionamento interpessoal.
