A Netprecision, empresa com mais de 20 anos de experiência em sistemas para engenharia, está em busca de uma pessoa Analista de Suporte Júnior para integrar seu time. Você contribuirá para a criação e a manutenção de soluções completas de software, apoiando clientes e colaborando com equipes internas em uma empresa em expansão.

A posição é em regime CLT e modalidade de teletrabalho.

Responsabilidades

Atender clientes por chat, e-mail, telefone e reuniões, orientando sobre o uso do sistema e esclarecendo dúvidas técnico-funcionais. Realizar procedimentos operacionais, como desbloqueio de usuários, alteração de cotas de projetos e clonagem ou desativação de projetos e contratos. Reverter ações em documentos, como envios e aprovações, quando necessário para corrigir processos. Executar testes funcionais básicos, analisar problemas reportados, identificar padrões e reproduzir falhas para encaminhamento à equipe de desenvolvimento. Registrar e acompanhar solicitações de backup e demandas técnicas junto aos desenvolvedores, utilizando ferramentas como Movidesk e Jira. Mapear rotinas e documentar erros e soluções na Base de Conhecimento. Sugerir melhorias contínuas para o sistema e os processos internos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos técnicos

Ensino superior cursando ou concluído na área de Tecnologia da Informação. Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em empresas de tecnologia ou TI. Prática com testes funcionais básicos. Experiência ou familiaridade com registro e documentação de erros, processos e soluções. Capacidade de analisar relatos, reproduzir falhas e organizar informações para encaminhamento técnico. Boa comunicação escrita e verbal para atendimento a clientes e interação com equipes internas.
