Atender e orientar através do canal de chamados Movidesk, na utilização dos softwares e hardware, aplicando as manutenções necessárias, assegurando condições de trabalho a todos os colaboradores; 2. Configurar equipamentos de informática adequando-os aos programas e aplicativos necessários; 3. Analisar diariamente se todos os recursos de tecnologia de informação estão em pleno funcionamento na Unidade; 4. Oferecer suporte técnico, via conexão remota LogMeIn, a usuários; 5. Acompanhar e solucionar problemas de software referente à instalação e correta utilização, realizando reparos quando necessário; 6. Realizar, sempre que necessário, manutenção na estrutura da rede sem fios da Unidade fabril; 7. Acompanhar diariamente a adequada utilização e funcionamento da rede de computadores Internet, antivírus e antispams; 8. Realizar manutenção preventiva nos equipamentos na periodicidade definida pela área de T.I; 9. Monitorar, configurar e dar suporte de Ativos de Redes; 10.
