O Analista de Suporte JR é responsável por centralizar o primeiro contato do cliente (seja via Telefone, ASC, E-mail ou WhatsApp), realizando o diagnóstico rápido, a triagem precisa e a resolução imediata de incidentes de baixa a média complexidade. Seu foco absoluto é a excelência no atendimento ao cliente (CX) e a agilidade na resposta, atuando dentro de células específicas de canais para garantir foco e produtividade.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Atendimento Omnichannel e Triagem: Recepcionar as solicitações dos clientes através dos canais de entrada (Voz, Texto, E-mail), garantindo o registro imediato e a categorização 100% correta no sistema de Tickets/Protocolos.Diagnóstico e Resolução (FCR): Realizar o troubleshooting inicial da última milha (testes de ping, traceroute, status de link, validação de luz de OLT/ONU, reinício lógico de portas e falhas básicas de voz) com o objetivo de resolver o problema já no primeiro contato.Gestão da Comunicação (Status Report): Manter o cliente corporativo atualizado de forma proativa sobre o andamento de seu chamado, especialmente durante falhas massivas (repassando os boletins do NOC Monitoração).Escalonamento Qualificado: Quando o esgotamento técnico do N1 for atingido, garantir que o chamado seja transferido ao N2 contendo todas as evidências obrigatórias (testes de conectividade inseridos no ticket, logs e validação física), evitando devoluções.Foco na Fila e SLA: Monitorar a própria fila de chamados na sua célula de atuação, garantindo que o SLA de primeira resposta e de tratativa não sejam estourados.Comunicação PróAtiva: Realizar a comunicação proativa com os clientes baseado nos chamados criados na fila pela equipe de redes oriundos do sistema de monitoramento, antecipando a ligação reativa dos asi sua própria fila de tickets pendentes, mantendo o cliente informado sobre o status da tratativa (SLA de comunicação).

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior Cursando – cursos de preferência:  telecomunicações, redes de computadores, Ciência da Computação e áreas afins.Experiência preferencial em provedores/operadoras/ISPs ou áreas de suporte a tecnologia em geral.Conhecimento Técnico:

Fundamentos de Redes TCP/IP (Básico): Entendimento claro de como a internet funciona (IP, Máscara, Gateway, DNS, Ping, Tracert).Tecnologias de Acesso (Básico): Noções de como a fibra óptica chega ao cliente (diferença entre OLT, ONU/ONT, Roteador Wi-Fi) e interpretação de alertas em equipamentos.Plataformas de Atendimento (Básico a Intermediário): Facilidade de navegação em sistemas de CRM, ERPs de provedor (ex: Voalle, MK-Auth, IXC) e plataformas de chat/voz.Conceitos de Telefonia (Básico): Noção do que é um ramal, um PABX e telefonia IP.Comunicação Escrita: Digitação ágil e português correto para o registro claro do histórico nos chamados.
