stamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Suporte N2 para atuar no atendimento, diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes de TI, contribuindo para a disponibilidade dos ambientes tecnológicos e a continuidade das operações. O profissional terá atuação em suporte a usuários, sistemas operacionais, Microsoft 365, infraestrutura, Active Directory, redes, hardware, virtualização e ambientes industriais, além de participar de atividades de manutenção, implantação e monitoramento. Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil técnico, organizado e resolutivo, que tenha boa comunicação e atenção às normas de segurança, especialmente por atuar em ambiente industrial.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento de 1º e 2º nível, incluindo registro, análise, diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes;

Prestar suporte a sistemas operacionais, aplicativos corporativos, Microsoft Office 365 e demais ferramentas utilizadas pela empresa;

Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva de desktops, notebooks, servidores, impressoras e equipamentos de telefonia;

Instalar, configurar e prestar suporte em ambientes Windows, cliente e servidor;

Administrar e prestar suporte ao Active Directory, incluindo DNS, DHCP, WSUS, File Server, Print Server e GPOs;

Atuar com Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) para implantação e gerenciamento de estações de trabalho;

Prestar suporte básico em ambientes de virtualização VMware, realizando monitoramento e ajustes;

Realizar gestão e suporte de drivers ODBC e integrações de sistemas que utilizem essa tecnologia;

Prestar suporte intermediário em redes de computadores, incluindo cabeamento estruturado, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP e arquitetura de redes;

Atuar com ativos de rede, como roteadores, switches e firewalls, realizando configurações básicas e monitoramento;

Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes de TI que possam impactar a produção industrial ou a segurança da planta;

Acompanhar chamados e garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs estabelecidos;

Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes internas e da contratante na identificação e resolução de problemas;

Seguir rigorosamente as normas e procedimentos de Segurança do Trabalho e Segurança da Informação aplicáveis ao ambiente.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisamos que você tenha de conhecimento:Experiência com Suporte N2 / Service Desk;

Conhecimento em Windows Desktop e Windows Server;

Experiência com Active Directory;

Conhecimentos em DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO, File Server e Print Server;

Experiência com Microsoft 365;

Conhecimento em hardware e software para suporte a desktops e notebooks;

Conhecimento em redes TCP/IP, Wi-Fi e cabeamento estruturado;

Conhecimento em switches, roteadores e firewalls;

Conhecimento em VMware;

Conhecimento ou experiência com MDT;

Conhecimento em ODBC e integrações de sistemas;

Experiência com gestão e acompanhamento de chamados e SLA.Diferenciais: Experiência em ambientes industriais;

Vivência com suporte a ambientes críticos de produção;

Conhecimento em infraestrutura de servidores;

Experiência com implantação e gerenciamento de estações via MDT;

Conhecimento em virtualização VMware;

Vivência com ambientes que possuem requisitos rigorosos de Segurança do Trabalho
