Então vem conhecer essa oportunidade que a Saque tem para ti! 💜💚Nesta posição, o principal desafio será atuar na sustentação e manutenção dos terminais de autoatendimento, garantindo o acompanhamento operacional dos equipamentos através do atendimento de demandas, identificação e correção de falhas, monitoramento dos terminais e registro adequado das informações e controles da operação.Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil analítico, proativo e com foco em resolução de problemas, que goste de atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e de alta disponibilidade.Curtiu? Então dá uma olhada nas atribuições desta oportunidade 😊Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar suporte técnico remoto e/ou presencial em hardware dos (ATMs);Atuar na identificação, análise e tratativa de falhas em equipamentos e periféricos;Executar o processo técnico para resolução de incidentes relacionados a hardware;Acompanhar chamados técnicos, garantindo atualização das informações e cumprimento dos SLA’s estabelecidos;Apoiar técnicos de campo e fornecedores durante atendimentos e intervenções técnicas;Monitorar eventos e alertas dos equipamentos, realizando acionamentos quando necessário;Realizar testes funcionais e validações após manutenções corretivas e preventivas;Registrar evidências técnicas, documentações e procedimentos operacionais;Contribuir com melhorias contínuas nos processos de suporte e estabilidade operacional;Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso técnico completo ou superior em andamento em Sistemas de Informação, Ciências da Computação, Redes, Eletrônica, Automação ou áreas afins;Conhecimento básico/intermediário em hardware e redes;Boa comunicação, organização e senso analítico;Capacidade de atuar sob pressão e em ambientes dinâmicos;Perfil colaborativo, proativo e com foco em resolução de problemas.Conhecimento em ferramentas de chamados (preferencialmente Qualitor e/ou Salesforce);Conhecimento em monitoramento de ambientes através do Zabbix;Será um diferencial:Conhecimento em lógica de programação e automação de testes;Conhecimento em processos operacionais e gestão de incidentes;Certificações ou cursos voltados para hardware, redes ou ITIL;Informações adicionaisBuscamos pessoas com a cara da Saque, independente de etnia, religião, gênero, deficiência, orientação sexual ou idade
