Na Engemon IT, ecossistemas tecnológicos de alta performance são construídos por talentos que aliam profundo conhecimento técnico a uma postura impecável.Buscamos um(a) Analista de Suporte PL com perfil colaborativo, comunicativo e de postura impecável para atuar na manutenção e sustentação da nossa infraestrutura. Você será responsável por garantir a continuidade das operações, prestando um suporte cordial e extremamente profissional, inclusive para a alta gestão. Se você tem facilidade para trabalhar em equipe, resiliência para lidar com incidentes estruturais e preza pelas boas práticas no atendimento técnico, o seu lugar é aqui!Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹 Sustentação e Infraestrutura: Atuar diretamente na manutenção, estabilidade e sustentação do ambiente de infraestrutura de TI corporativa.🔹 Suporte Presencial e Remoto: Prestar suporte técnico ágil e resolutivo em demandas de infraestrutura, atuando tanto de forma remota quanto presencial.🔹 Manutenção e Instalação: Executar rotinas de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, apoiando ativamente nas atividades de instalação, configuração e substituição de equipamentos.🔹 Atendimento Executivo: Garantir um atendimento cordial, claro e de altíssimo nível profissional, suportando usuários de todas as áreas (com destaque para as demandas da alta gestão corporativa).🔹 Governança de Chamados: Registrar, atualizar e documentar rigorosamente todos os atendimentos e ações realizadas no sistema de chamados.🔹 Sinergia e Boas Práticas: Atuar de forma altamente colaborativa com toda a equipe de TI, seguindo fielmente os processos operacionais e as melhores práticas do mercado.Requisitos e qualificações✅ Sólida experiência em manutenção e sustentação de infraestrutura de TI corporativa.✅ Vivência prática com suporte técnico presencial e remoto a usuários finais.✅ Conhecimento em manutenção preventiva e corretiva de equipamentos corporativos.✅ Familiaridade com rotinas de instalação, configuração e substituição de ativos de TI.✅ Experiência no uso de sistemas de chamados (ITSM) e registro técnico de incidentes. ✅ Conhecimento prático avançado no ecossistema Microsoft (Pacote Office / Microsoft 365).

✅ Vivência prévia com formatação de máquinas e troubleshooting de hardware.✅ Experiência com suporte, configuração e manutenção de impressoras corporativas.
