Na Engemon IT, ecossistemas tecnológicos de alta performance são construídos por talentos que aliam profundo conhecimento técnico a uma postura impecável.Buscamos um(a) Analista de Suporte Bilíngue com perfil metódico, olhar investigativo e postura executiva para atuar como um verdadeiro auditor técnico. Você será responsável por garantir que a realidade física da infraestrutura seja 100% visível, documentada, padronizada e confiável. Se você tem extrema atenção aos detalhes, facilidade para diagnosticar incidentes reais com precisão e perfil adequado para prestar suporte a usuários VIPs, o seu lugar é aqui!Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹 Auditoria e Governança Global: Atuar como auditor técnico de localidades, garantindo a padronização e a confiabilidade de toda a estrutura física de TI, gerando documentações precisas e registros fotográficos obrigatórios.🔹 Suporte VIP e Manutenção Física: Prestar atendimento técnico de alto nível, realizando troubleshooting físico e manutenção de notebooks e desktops (incluindo a troca ágil de peças como Memória, SSD e Bateria).🔹 Padronização de Workstations: Executar a montagem impecável de estações de trabalho avançadas, envolvendo a configuração de dockstations, braços articulados e múltiplos monitores.🔹 Gestão de Inventário Rigoroso: Conduzir o inventário físico detalhado com leitura de serial numbers e identificação exata de modelos, além de organizar o estoque de peças (spare) fisicamente e refletir os dados no Active Directory (AD) e Lansweeper.🔹 Validação de Salas de Reunião: Realizar rondas diárias para validação completa das salas de reunião, garantindo o funcionamento de iPads, TVs, displays, docks e adaptadores, além de manter a organização visual sem cabos aparentes.🔹 Gestão de Incidentes Estratégica: Diagnosticar problemas reais com precisão para evitar a abertura massiva de chamados, registrando evidências diárias e abrindo RITMs estruturados para cada sala validada.Requisitos e qualificações✅ Experiência sólida em suporte técnico a usuários VIPs e manutenção física de hardware corporativo.✅ Vivência prática com montagem e padronização de workstations complexas.✅ Domínio em rotinas de inventário físico de TI, coleta rigorosa de dados corporativos e organização de spare.✅ Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de ativos e diretórios (Lansweeper e Active Directory).✅ Experiência consolidada no suporte a tecnologias de salas de reunião corporativas.IDIOMAS:✅ Inglês Avançado (C1/C2).DIFERENCIAL:✅ Vivência prévia em ambientes corporativos de alta complexidade, como bancos ou instituições financeiras.✅ Experiência prática focada em auditorias de TI, controle de qualidade ou padronização de infraestrutura.✅ Histórico de atuação em modelos part-time com alta carga de responsabilidade fixa.Informações adicionais 🏷️ ESCALA: Segunda à Sexta, em regime 100% presencial.🕑 HORÁRIO: 08h00 às 17h00.BENEFÍCIOS:🍽️ VALE-REFEIÇÃO: R$ 32,00 por dia trabalhado, através do Cartão Flash Benefícios.🚌 VALE-TRANSPORTE:Opcional, com desconto em folha de pagamento de 6% sobre o salário-base do colaborador.🏨 CONVÊNIO MÉDICO: Plano Amil, 100% custeado para o colaborador.
