Se você procura uma oportunidade de crescimento profissional em uma empresa que valoriza inovação, respeito, autonomia e parceria, você encontra aqui!Junte-se a nós e seja parte da mudança!Modelo PresencialAtuação: 5x2Horario: Das 08h as 17hLocal: Nova Veneza - Sumaré Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar análise detalhada, diagnóstico e aplicação de soluções para incidentes e requisições de maior complexidade que não puderam ser resolvidos pelo Nível 1.Capturar, classificar, priorizar e manter atualizado o histórico dos chamados na ferramenta de gestão de serviços de TI (ITSM).Atuar como ponto focal na cobrança e priorização junto às equipes internas e parceiros terceiros, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs.Identificar padrões de problemas, criar, revisar e documentar scripts e procedimentos técnicos para apoiar e capacitar o Nível 1.Identificar quando a solução de um incidente exige uma alteração estrutural e realizar o devido escalonamento para o processo formal de aprovação de mudanças.Realizar ajustes e correções identificados durante a validação do atendimento, assegurando que a causa raiz tenha sido tratada antes da finalização e encerramento do chamado.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Médio Completo;Experiência prévia atuando como Suporte Nível 2 ou Service Desk Avançado;Familiaridade com ferramentas de ITSM, como ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, GLPI, entre outras;Sólidos conhecimentos nas melhores práticas de ITIL, especialmente em Gerenciamento de Incidentes, Requisições e Mudanças;Boa comunicação interpessoal para contato com parceiros e usuários;Resiliência para lidar com cobranças e cumprimento de SLA;Habilidade na criação de documentação técnica e Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs).
