Na Engemon IT, ecossistemas tecnológicos de alta performance são construídos por talentos que aliam profundo conhecimento técnico a uma postura impecável.Buscamos um(a) Analista de Suporte Técnico Pleno VIP com perfil consultivo, comunicativo e voltado para soluções para atuar como Analista de Field Service. Você será responsável por garantir a continuidade das operações, prestando suporte presencial de alto nível na Matriz e atendimento remoto estratégico para unidades escolares em todo o território nacional. Se você possui facilidade para rápida adaptação operacional, gosta de propor melhorias contínuas e tem paixão por entregar um atendimento ágil e resolutivo, o seu lugar é aqui!Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹 Suporte Consultivo e Atendimento: Realizar atendimento técnico presencial (hands on) e suporte remoto de excelência, focando na resolução de incidentes e requisições de baixa e média complexidade.🔹 Manutenção e Troubleshooting: Diagnosticar falhas e executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em estações de trabalho, notebooks, impressoras, dispositivos móveis e equipamentos de videoconferência.🔹 Infraestrutura e Acessos: Atuar de ponta a ponta nos processos de onboarding e offboarding, realizando a instalação, configuração, substituição de equipamentos e o provisionamento/recolhimento de acessos corporativos.🔹 Governança de Serviços (ITSM): Registrar, acompanhar e concluir chamados utilizando sistemas de ITSM, garantindo o rigoroso cumprimento dos SLAs estabelecidos e o monitoramento de incidentes recorrentes.🔹 Gestão de Ativos e Fornecedores: Manter o inventário de TI 100% atualizado (acompanhando o ciclo de vida do recebimento ao descarte), realizar movimentações de ativos entre áreas e acionar/acompanhar fornecedores locais.🔹 Qualidade e Homologação: Apoiar a validação e homologação de novos sistemas e soluções tecnológicas, além de identificar proativamente oportunidades de melhoria na infraestrutura local.Requisitos e qualificações✅ Vivência prática consolidada em suporte técnico presencial (Field Service) e remoto, com foco absoluto na experiência do usuário.✅ Domínio em suporte, manutenção e configuração de Sistemas Operacionais Windows 10 e Windows 11.✅ Conhecimento avançado no ecossistema Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint e pacote Office).✅ Experiência estruturada em Active Directory (criação, alteração e remoção de usuários e grupos).✅ Conhecimento prático em administração básica de Azure AD, Intune e SCCM.✅ Noções fundamentais de redes de computadores (conceitos TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi e conectividade).✅ Experiência na instalação e configuração de hardware corporativo (desktops, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos).✅ Habilidade no uso de ferramentas corporativas de acesso remoto e gestão/monitoramento de chamados.✅ Vivência com gestão e controle de ciclo de vida de ativos de TI.✅ Conhecimento dos princípios de Segurança da Informação e boas práticas de atendimento.DIFERENCIAL:✅ Conhecimento básico em administração de ambientes Windows Server.Informações adicionais 🏷️ ESCALA: Segunda à Sexta, em regime 100% presencial.🕑 HORÁRIO: 11h00 às 22h00.BENEFÍCIOS:🍽️ VALE-REFEIÇÃO: R$ 32,00 por dia trabalhado, através do Cartão Flash Benefícios.🚌 VALE-TRANSPORTE:Opcional, com desconto em folha de pagamento de 6% sobre o salário-base do colaborador.🏨 CONVÊNIO MÉDICO: Plano Amil, 100% custeado para o colaborador.
