A SERENG é uma empresa de engenharia especializada em Projetos, Consultoria, Gerenciamento, Apoio Técnico e Gestão de Ativos (Manutenção), atuando nos mais diversos segmentos industriais!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividade de suporte técnico: suporte técnico à Diretoria de Mudanças Climáticas e Descarbonização, com foco no acompanhamento das obrigações, monitoramento de desempenho e fortalecimento da gestão, contribuindo para a efetividade das iniciativas e o atingimento das metas.Monitoramento e análise mensal do desempenho orçamentário das iniciativas da Diretoria de Mudanças Climáticas e Descarbonização, incluindo projeções, apoio aos analistas da área e interface com FP&A.Contribuição para a construção do orçamento anual das iniciativas da Diretoria de Mudanças Climáticas e Descarbonização, envolvendo estruturação do fluxo interno, mapeamento de demandas, suporte técnico aos analistas e articulação com FP&A durante as etapas de validação.Apoio ao processo mensal de Performance, com foco na consolidação de informações, estruturação de análises, elaboração de materiais executivos e reporte às áreas normativas.Atuação no acompanhamento da carteira de P&D em sustentabilidade, incluindo consolidação de informações, apoio às agendas de priorização e monitoramento mensal da evolução das iniciativas.Contribuição ao processo de VPS da Diretoria de Mudanças Climáticas e Descarbonização, abrangendo a avaliação anual, elaboração e acompanhamento do plano de ação, suporte às reuniões mensais de performance e participação em fóruns de alinhamento e desdobramento estratégico.Apoio no acompanhamento do monitoramento dos riscos associados a mudanças climáticas.Atuação no acompanhamento dos planos de ação de Auditoria Interna e Auditoria Razoável, com monitoramento de seus desdobramentos, prazos e responsáveis.Desenvolvimento de briefings executivos e apresentações estratégicas para suporte à tomada de decisão.Coordenação e acompanhamento do calendário de eventos, entregas relevantes e iniciativas internas e externas, com análise de impactos e potenciais interferências entre agendas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo - Engenharias, Administração e etc Informações adicionais• Plano de Saúde;• Seguro de vida;• Refeição;• Transporte;• Convênio com Wellhub (GYMPASS).
