Atuar no suporte aos fornecedores usuários do Portal de Compras Públicas, prestando atendimento por diferentes canais e orientando sobre a utilização da plataforma, cadastro, acesso e participação em processos licitatórios. Será responsável por apoiar a resolução de demandas operacionais e técnicas de menor complexidade, registrar e direcionar chamados quando necessário e acompanhar as solicitações até sua conclusão, contribuindo para uma experiência positiva do cliente e para a qualidade do atendimento.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrientar fornecedores na utilização da plataforma e na participação em processos licitatórios, por meio dos canais de atendimento disponíveis;Realizar a ativação cadastral de fornecedores, analisando e validando as informações necessárias para liberação do acesso à plataforma;Apoiar os fornecedores nas etapas dos certames, orientando sobre prazos, funcionalidades, envio de propostas e documentos;Registrar e acompanhar chamados técnicos e solicitações internas, direcionando as demandas às áreas responsáveis quando necessário;Solicitar emissão, correção ou regularização de notas fiscais, mediante abertura e acompanhamento de chamados internos;Pesquisar e analisar editais no Portal de Compras Públicas e no Portal Nacional de Contratações Públicas (PNCP) para subsidiar os atendimentos e prestar orientações adequadas aos fornecedores.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Gestão Pública, Processos Gerenciais, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, suporte técnico, Help Desk ou atividades correlatas;Conhecimento do Pacote Office.DiferenciaisConhecimento sobre compras públicas e processos licitatórios;Conhecimento da Lei nº 14.133/2021 — Lei de Licitações e Contratos Administrativos;Cursos ou capacitações relacionados a licitações e contratações públicas, inclusive os disponibilizados pela Escola Nacional de Administração Pública (ENAP);Curso de formação de Pregoeiro.
