O Analista de Suporte Técnico Júnior será responsável por prestar suporte técnico aos clientes da WBA, realizando atendimentos, análises e diagnósticos iniciais, testes e orientações para apoiar a resolução de dúvidas e ocorrências e contribuir para uma boa experiência na utilização das nossas soluções. Se você gosta de tecnologia, tem perfil analítico e gosta de ajudar pessoas a encontrar soluções, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar atendimento aos clientes por telefone, e-mail e sistema de chamados;Analisar e realizar diagnósticos iniciais para identificação de problemas;Executar testes e validações junto aos clientes e às equipes técnicas;Orientar os usuários quanto à utilização das soluções da WBA;Registrar e atualizar informações dos atendimentos e procedimentos técnicos;Acompanhar os chamados, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e a atualização das informações;Encaminhar chamados de maior complexidade para os times especializados, quando necessário.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior cursando ou concluído em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Banco de Dados ou áreas correlatas;Experiência com suporte técnico ou atendimento ao cliente;Conhecimento básico em SQL e bancos de dados relacionais;Noções de ERP, sistemas SaaS ou softwares de gestão;Conhecimento de ferramentas de atendimento e gestão de chamados;Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade analítica;Proatividade, empatia e interesse em aprender e desenvolver conhecimentos em novas tecnologias.
