Mais do que executar tarefas, cada pessoa tem a oportunidade de gerar impacto real na vida de milhões de brasileiros todos os dias.Responsabilidades e atribuições Garantir a disponibilidade dos produtos nas lojas, monitorando indicadores de abastecimento, ruptura e cobertura de estoque, atuando na redução de excessos e na otimização dos níveis de estoque;Desenvolver e acompanhar planos de abastecimento com base em previsões de vendas, sazonalidades, ações comerciais, datas comemorativas e demandas das operações;Realizar análises e diagnósticos da cadeia de abastecimento, identificando oportunidades de melhoria em processos, parâmetros de abastecimento, logística e desempenho de vendas;Atuar como parceiro das operações, fornecendo análises, recomendações e suporte na tomada de decisão sobre abastecimento e gestão de estoques;Conduzir treinamentos e orientar as equipes sobre processos, indicadores e boas práticas de abastecimento, promovendo maior eficiência operacional;Utilizar ferramentas analíticas para monitorar resultados, identificar padrões de consumo e apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia de Produção, Economia ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento intermediário em Excel; Vivência em Supply Chain, Logística, Planejamento, Abastecimento, Estoque ou áreas correlatas.

Desejáveis

Conhecimento em Power BI, Tableau ou ferramentas de visualização de dados; Experiência com ferramentas de automação e análise de dados, como Alteryx; Conhecimento em Inteligência Artificial aplicada a análises e tomada de decisão.
