Elaborar e monitorar KPIs e OKRS para fornecer insights estratégicos, suporte com informações para as filiais e contribuição com a supervisão na realização de Planos de Ação e de melhor distribuição e transferências de itens entre as filiais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar e revisar parâmetros de compra (prazo, nível de serviço, acondicionamento, entre outros), minimizando impacto em cobertura de estoque e rupturas. Parametrizar as ferramentas de abastecimento, a fim de assegurar a disponibilidade e a otimização do estoque;Analisar as causas frequentes de ruptura e criar plano de ação estruturado, para evoluir os resultados da disponibilidade de estoque, mobilizando as áreas responsáveis ao longo da cadeia;Executar o planejamento estratégicos, criando KPIs (Indicadores-Chave de Performance) de controle de desempenho;Atender as necessidades da manutenção, garantindo retorno rápido e correto, evitando perda operacional no atendimento;Contribuir com a supervisão na realização de Plano de Ação a incidentes;Mapear e modelar processos para facilitar a compreensão das atividades envolvidas;Realizar análises detalhadas para melhorar a eficiência;Apoiar a implementação de políticas de qualidade para garantir a satisfação do cliente;Monitorar KPIs e OKRS para fornecer insights estratégicos;Preparar relatórios e dashboards;Elaborar planos de treinamento para garantir a compreensão dos processos;Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Administração, Logística, Supply Chain ou correlatasExcel avançado;Pacote office intermediário;Power BIExperiência com sistema ERP.Informações adicionaisCarga horária:Segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h00 às 18h00, 1h e 12min para refeição. Benefícios e parcerias:PLRVale Refeição e/ou Vale AlimentaçãoVale TransporteEmpréstimo consignado (após 6 meses de empresa)Seguro de VidaRede social corporativa (parceria com diversos estabelecimentos com descontos e benefícios exclusivos)Programa de treinamento e capacitação (Universidade Tecnogera)Estacionamento (ordem de chegada)Café da manhã Programas de saúde e bem estar:Plano de saúdePlano odontológicoSaúde emocional: sessões de psicoterapia 100% custeadas pela empresa GympassGinástica Laboral
