Buscamos um(a) Analista de Compras Sênior – Foco em TI para atuar de forma estratégica junto à Diretoria de Tecnologia, em um cenário de transformação digital, crescimento do uso de dados e expansão de ambientes em nuvem. Este profissional enfrentará desafios relacionados à otimização de custos de tecnologia, gestão de contratos e fornecedores críticos, mitigação de riscos regulatórios e de segurança da informação, além da busca contínua por eficiência e geração de valor para o negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNesta posição você será responsável por:Conduzir processos de strategic sourcing e negociações de ponta a ponta para categorias de Tecnologia da Informação;Elaborar e gerir processos de RFI, RFP e RFQ em parceria com as áreas técnicas e de negócio;Negociar renovações e contratos com grandes fabricantes e fornecedores de tecnologia, buscando ganhos financeiros e contratuais;Estruturar contratos com SLAs, cláusulas regulatórias, indicadores de desempenho e mecanismos de mitigação de riscos;Gerenciar fornecedores estratégicos, acompanhando performance, riscos e planos de ação;Desenvolver análises de spend, TCO e iniciativas de saving para suportar decisões da liderança;Apoiar o planejamento orçamentário de TI, antecipando necessidades e oportunidades de otimização;Garantir aderência às políticas de compras, governança corporativa e processos de aprovação no ERP SAP.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCritérios para candidatura:Ensino superior em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em Compras Indiretas com foco em categorias de TI;Conhecimento em modelos de licenciamento de software, contratos SaaS e serviços de cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP);Domínio de strategic sourcing, técnicas avançadas de negociação, análise de TCO e equalização de propostas;Conhecimento em gestão contratual, SLAs, LGPD e segurança da informação;Excel avançado, Power BI e experiência com SAP (MM/Ariba) ou ERP similar.Diferenciais:Experiência em negociações com grandes fabricantes de tecnologia como Microsoft, Oracle e SAP;Vivência em ambientes com forte agenda de transformação digital, cloud computing e governança tecnológica.Habilidades e comportamentos que fazem a diferença:Rigor analítico e atenção aos detalhes;Forte capacidade de negociação e influência;Protagonismo, autonomia e senso de dono;Comunicação clara e assertiva com diferentes públicos e níveis hierárquicos;Visão de negócio e relacionamento consultivo com stakeholders;Resiliência e capacidade de atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e com múltiplas demandas.Informações adicionaisModelo de Trabalho: Híbrido Local de Trabalho: São Paulo/SP
