O departamento de Suprimentos Fertilizantes é responsável por garantir o abastecimento de matérias-primas para todas as fábricas, coordenando as áreas de PCP (Planejamento e Controle da Produção), Compras e COMEX. É um ambiente de alta complexidade logística, com MPs de origem nacional e importada, lead times longos e operação integrada com S&OP comercial.Nossa cultura valoriza profissionais analíticos, proativos e orientados à resolução de problemas. Se você gosta de trabalhar com dados, processos e decisões que movem fábricas, essa vaga é para você.Responsabilidades e atribuições•    Analisar diariamente o estoque líquido de matérias-primas por MP e por fábrica, identificando riscos de abastecimento e oportunidades de otimização;•    Monitorar a cobertura de estoque em dias, aplicando critérios de alerta (atenção, crítico e emergência) para antecipar necessidades de compra;•    Planejar as necessidades de MPs cruzando carteira de vendas, meta comercial e S&OP, gerando a demanda estruturada para as áreas de Compras e COMEX;•    Acompanhar pedidos de compra em aberto no SAP: data de criação, saldo, ETA e status de entrega — tanto nacionais quanto importados;•    Monitorar transferências entre fábricas (fábrica pulmão → unidades do interior) e garantir alinhamento com a logística;•    Acompanhar o pipeline de importação junto ao COMEX: ETAs, liberações portuárias, desembaraço e disponibilização nas fábricas;•    Identificar necessidades de compra a curto prazo e acionar formalmente a área de Compras com MP, volume e prazo necessário;•    Participar das reuniões semanais de PCP, apresentando posição de estoque, MPs em alerta e encaminhamentos da semana;•    Controlar o estoque de embalagens, itens (lacres, rótulos e etiquetas) e reportar posição de micronutrientes para a área responsável;•    Apoiar a estruturação e documentação de processos da área de PCP, contribuindo com maturidade analítica e visão de melhoria contínua.Requisitos e qualificações•    Graduação completa em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Logística, Agronomia ou áreas correlatas;•    Pós-graduação ou MBA em Supply Chain, Gestão de Operações ou Agronegócio será considerado diferencial;•    SAP (obrigatório) — módulos MM e/ou PP; experiência com transações de estoque, pedidos de compra e transferências;•    Power BI — leitura e interpretação de relatórios de estoque e planejamento;•    Excel avançado;•    Capacidade analítica para interpretar grandes volumes de dados e transformar em decisão rápida;•    Visão sistêmica da cadeia de suprimentos — do pedido de compra à disponibilização na fábrica;•    Comunicação clara e objetiva para interface com Compras, COMEX, Logística e Comercial;•    Autonomia, organização e senso de urgência para operar em ambiente de estoque enxuto e alta variabilidade;•    Capacidade de gerir múltiplas prioridades simultaneamente sem perder o controle do todo.
