Analista de Suprimentos Indiretos com foco em serviços - nacional e internacionalResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar processos de contratação de serviços, desde o levantamento da demanda até a formalização contratual. Elaborar, revisar e acompanhar escopos técnicos em conjunto com as áreas requisitantes. Conduzir processos de concorrência (RFI, RFQ, RFP), garantindo competitividade e transparência nas contratações. Prospectar, qualificar e desenvolver fornecedores de serviços. Analisar propostas técnicas e comerciais, realizando equalização e recomendação de contratação. Negociar preços, prazos, condições comerciais e cláusulas contratuais visando otimização de custos e mitigação de riscos. Monitorar indicadores de performance (SLA, qualidade, prazo e custo) dos contratos sob sua responsabilidade. Garantir conformidade com políticas internas, requisitos legais e normas de governança corporativa. Apoiar auditorias internas e externas relacionadas aos processos de suprimentos. Desenvolver estratégias de sourcing para categorias de serviços, buscando ganho de eficiência e redução de custos. Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações com indicadores de contratação e performance dos fornecedores. Atuar como interface entre áreas clientes, fornecedores e departamentos de apoio (Jurídico, Financeiro, Fiscal e Compliance). Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos de contratação e gestão de contratos.Suporte à atualização da reunião diária de riscos de serviços, Analisar KPI’s (Performance);Follow-up por e-mail, telefone e presencial;Solicitação de aprovação, emissão e envio de pedidos de compra;Análise, acompanhamento e lançamento de cotação e mapa comparativo;Participação de novos projetos (acompanhamento e monitoramento de demandas);Requisitos e qualificaçõesIndispensável:Graduação Completa em Administração ou cursos correlacionados;Pacote Office avançado.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos a você:Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Vale Alimentação;Refeição - Restaurante Próprio ou Vale Refeição (Dependendo da Unidade);Seguro de Vida;Totalpass;Transporte (Rota Própria);Subsídio Escolar;Participação nos resultados (PLR);Licença Maternidade estendida;Licença Paternidade estendida;Centro Médico Próprio (Atendimento Clínico, Fisioterapêutico, Nutricional, Odontológico e exames Laboratoriais);Universidade Aeris (Diversos treinamentos gratuitos on-line e com emissão de certificado);Kit Natalino.Programas e Parcerias:Programa de reconhecimento de ideias de melhoria - VISA;Participar de Projetos Sociais contribuindo genuinamente com as pessoas;Parceria com AECIPP;Parceria com instituições de ensino que gera descontos diferenciados.Se você é funcionário Aeris Energy:Para se candidatar em vagas internas atente-se as regras da Politica de Recrutamento e Seleção.
