Que tal fazer parte de uma empresa com crescimento acelerado que faz história há mais de quatro décadas?Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar processos de prospecção de fornecedores, cotação, negociação, emissão de pedidos e follow-up, buscando as melhores condições comerciais para a companhia;Conduzir processos de cotação e negociação de média e alta complexidade, considerando as diretrizes e critérios estabelecidos pela política de compras;Organizar e priorizar as solicitações de compras conforme urgência, criticidade e prazos de entrega;Pesquisar e analisar o mercado fornecedor de materiais e serviços, identificando oportunidades de compras, novas fontes de fornecimento e alternativas comerciais;Analisar e selecionar as melhores condições de fornecimento, considerando preço, impostos, frete, qualidade, prazo de entrega, condição de pagamento, marca e demais especificações;Analisar relatórios, indicadores e dados de compras, identificando desvios, inconsistências e oportunidades de melhoria;Efetuar e acompanhar pedidos de compras, garantindo o atendimento das necessidades da companhia dentro dos custos e prazos previstos;Mapear demandas e compras recorrentes, identificando oportunidades de consolidação, padronização e otimização;Apoiar a estruturação de contratos, acordos comerciais e negociações recorrentes, em conjunto com o superior imediato;Utilizar dados históricos de consumo, volume, frequência e valores de compras para apoiar decisões de negociação e redução de custos;Identificar oportunidades de saving, otimização de processos e eliminação de atividades manuais ou repetitivas;Acompanhar e solucionar problemas relacionados à qualidade de materiais, insumos, matéria-prima e demais condições de fornecimento junto aos fornecedores e áreas clientes;Desenvolver, validar e acompanhar fornecedores, avaliando desempenho e oportunidades de melhoria em conjunto com o superior imediato e áreas clientes;Manter relacionamento com fornecedores, buscando melhoria de serviço, custos e condições comerciais;Propor melhorias nos fluxos, ferramentas e processos de compras, buscando reduzir retrabalho, atividades manuais, quantidade de pedidos e tempo de processamento;Manter atualizados os cadastros e documentos relacionados ao processo de compras;Realizar estudos sobre novos fornecedores, nacionais e internacionais, contribuindo para a diversificação das fontes de fornecimento.Requisitos e qualificações🎓 Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Engenharia de Produção e/ou áreas afins;📚 Pós-Graduação/MBA em Gestão Empresarial, Logística, Supply Chain e/ou áreas afins será um diferencial;🛒 Experiência em Compras e Suprimentos, especialmente em processos de média e alta complexidade;💻 Conhecimento em Pacote Office, com Excel em nível avançado;📊 Conhecimentos: Compras, negociação, gestão de fornecedores, custos, estoques e indicadores;⚙️ Conhecimento em sistemas integrados de gestão (ERP);🎯 Controle e acompanhamento de metas, indicadores e prazos;📊 Análise de dados e indicadores de Suprimentos;💰 Visão de custos e resultados, com capacidade de identificar oportunidades de saving, otimização e redução de retrabalho.Informações adicionais🎟️ Vale Alimentação🍽️ Vale Refeição🏥 Plano de Saúde🦷 Plano Odontológico🛡️ Seguro de Vida🚌 Vale Transporte🏋️‍♂️ Wellhub💊 Descontos em Farmácias🎓 Descontos em Universidades🗣️ Descontos em Cursos de Idiomas🧠 Orienteme (Programa de Saúde Mental)👶 Kit Nascimento💍 Auxílio Casamento
