Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesContratação Estratégica de Serviços• Conduzir processos de Strategic Sourcing e gestão de categorias de serviços;• Analisar demanda, contratos vigentes, histórico de contratações, mercado fornecedor, riscos e oportunidades;• Desenvolver estratégias alinhadas aos objetivos financeiros, operacionais e de continuidade do negócio;• Revisar escopos, analisar composições de custos e conduzir negociações comerciais e contratuais de alta complexidade;• Prospectar e desenvolver fornecedores, ampliando competitividade e alternativas de atendimento;• Atuar em parceria com áreas técnicas, clientes internos, Jurídico e demais stakeholders.IA, Dados e Automação• Identificar e implementar oportunidades de simplificação e automação nos processos de Suprimentos;• Aplicar IA Generativa e análise de dados em equalizações comerciais, comparativos técnicos, estudos de mercado, propostas, cenários de negociação e apresentações executivas;• Estruturar dados, indicadores e dashboards para apoiar decisões estratégicas de contratação;• Desenvolver ou apoiar fluxos automatizados, assistentes e agentes de IA aplicados a sourcing, contratos e gestão de fornecedores;• Atuar como multiplicador do uso responsável de IA e novas tecnologias na equipe.Performance e Governança• Acompanhar indicadores de saving, prazo de pagamento, SLA, performance de fornecedores, compliance e cobertura contratual;• Mensurar ganhos financeiros, operacionais e de produtividade gerados pelas iniciativas implementadas;• Garantir rastreabilidade, integridade e conformidade com as políticas internas de governança e compliance.Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimentos obrigatórios:• Contratação de serviços;• Strategic Sourcing e gestão de categorias;• Negociação estratégica e análise de custos;• Excel avançado e ferramentas de e-Procurement;• Aplicação prática de IA, analytics ou automação de processos.Conhecimentos desejáveis:• Microsoft Copilot e IA Generativa;• Power BI e Power Automate;• SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts ou Buying;• Power Apps, SQL, Python ou modelagem de dados;• Desenvolvimento de assistentes ou agentes de IA corporativos.Informações adicionaisNossos benefícios são:Assistência médica;Assistência odontológica;Vale refeição;Vale alimentação;Vale transporte;Previdência privada com participação da empresa no mesmo percentual definido pelo colaborador, podendo variar entre 3% e 6%;Bonificação de férias de 70% (1/3 conforme legislação + 1/3);Total Pass;Remuneração Variável Anual: Condicionada à satisfação das metas da empresa e a depender da implementação do Programa de Remuneração Variável à época do respectivo exercício.Plataforma de cursos "Universidade corporativa", incluindo módulos específicos para área de suprimentosBenefícios vigentes em Julho/23, com regras e especificações estabelecidas em Acordo Coletivo, Convenção Coletiva, Acordo de PPR e/ou Política/Diretriz de RH, podendo sofrer alterações.
