Você será peça-chave para impulsionar a nossa eficiência operacional! Sua missão será medir, analisar e padronizar o tempo de execução de nossas tarefas operacionais. Buscamos alguém com olhar clínico para identificar gargalos, eliminar desperdícios e definir tempos-padrão que otimizem custos, balanceiem nossas linhas de produção e elevem nossa produtividade.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯 Mapear e cronometrar o tempo de execução das tarefas na linha de produção, garantindo a definição de tempos-padrão precisos e realistas;Padronizar processos e operações, contribuindo ativamente para o balanceamento e fluidez das linhas de produção;Diagnosticar o fluxo produtivo para identificar gargalos, desperdícios e propor oportunidades de melhoria contínua;Gerar inteligência de dados através da elaboração de relatórios e indicadores de eficiência (KPIs), embasando as decisões estratégicas da gestão;Liderar a implementação das melhorias propostas e validar na prática os ganhos de produtividade e redução de custos alcançados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos 🔎 Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil analítico, atenção aos detalhes e paixão por melhoria contínua em ambientes fabris/produtivos.

HabilidadesExperiência em: cronoanálise, tempos e métodos, balanceamento de linha de produção.

O que você precisa ter:Graduação Concluída ou Cursando em: Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Têxtil, Administração ou áreas correlatas
