Temos como missão transformar o mercado de crédito online, dando acesso a empréstimos para as classes C e D, pessoas e famílias historicamente pouco atendidas pelo sistema financeiro. Se esse propósito faz seus olhos brilharem, venha ser #SUPERHERO também!Como Analista de Tesouraria, sua missão será: Atuar na construção e evolução da Tesouraria Internacional da SuperSim, sendo responsável pela gestão financeira das entidades do grupo e pela interface entre Tesouraria, contabilidades, auditorias externas e demais stakeholders internacionais. É uma posição com bastante autonomia e exposição internacional, em uma área que está sendo estruturada e que exige uma combinação de disciplina operacional, conhecimento financeiro e contábil e capacidade de construir processos escaláveis. Mais da metade do escopo acontece em inglês, com contato direto com parceiros e stakeholders de diferentes países.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerir o capital de giro, contas a pagar e contas a receber das entidades offshore, garantindo visibilidade e controle sobre o caixa de cada operação;

Controlar o fluxo de caixa internacional, incluindo movimentações de recursos entre as diferentes entidades do grupo;

Executar transferências e pagamentos internacionais, garantindo o correto booking e registro de cada operação;

Organizar e manter o suporte documental das movimentações financeiras, assegurando que as informações necessárias estejam disponíveis para contabilização e auditoria;

Atuar como principal ponto de contato da Tesouraria com contabilidades e auditorias externas das diferentes entidades;

Avaliar criticamente os registros contábeis das operações financeiras, identificando inconsistências e garantindo a correta contabilização;

Trabalhar de forma próxima aos diferentes stakeholders internos e externos, inclusive internacionais;

Apoiar a construção da nova estrutura de Tesouraria Offshore, propondo processos, controles e melhorias;

Identificar oportunidades de automação e ganho de eficiência nos processos financeiros da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência profissional em Tesouraria com bom domínio da dinâmica de caixa e operações da área;

Experiência com pagamentos e movimentações financeiras, incluindo transferências e pagamentos internacionais;

Experiência na interação com auditorias e na preparação e organização de suporte documental de operações financeiras;

Sólido conhecimento contábil, com capacidade de compreender, discutir e analisar criticamente registros contábeis;

Inglês fluente / avançado, considerando que mais da metade das atividades da posição acontece no idioma;

Capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia, organização e atenção aos detalhes;

Perfil construtivo, com interesse em estruturar processos e desenvolver soluções internamente;

Boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento com stakeholders internos e externos.Desejáveis: Experiência prévia em fintechs, startups ou ambientes de crescimento acelerado;

Vivência com operações offshore e estruturas financeiras envolvendo múltiplas entidades ou jurisdições;

Experiência com gestão de aplicações e estratégias para maximização do retorno sobre o caixa;

Familiaridade com automação de processos financeiros;

Perfil processual e sistemático, com disciplina operacional e capacidade de construir controles;

Interesse em tecnologia e uso de automação para aumentar a eficiência da operação.
