Responsável por processar e controlar pagamentos de alto volume, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e das políticas internas. Atua na conferência e programação de títulos, conciliação bancária, relacionamento com bancos e fornecedores, análise de inconsistências e suporte às áreas internas, assegurando a conformidade financeira, a precisão das operações e a continuidade dos processos em um ambiente com múltiplas empresas e alta demanda diária.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFormação Acadêmica

Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;

Conhecimentos Desejáveis

Contas a Pagar e Tesouraria; Conciliação Bancária; Legislação tributária aplicada a retenções (IRRF, INSS, ISS e PIS/COFINS/CSLL); Pacote Microsoft Office, com domínio intermediário ou avançado em Excel (Tabelas Dinâmicas, PROCV/PROCX, SOMASES, filtros e manipulação de bases de dados); Conhecimento em sistemas ERP (SAP, Protheus, Oracle, TOTVS/Datasul ou similares); Desejável conhecimento em Power BI ou ferramentas de análise de dados;

Experiência

Experiência mínima de 2 anos em Contas a Pagar ou áreas financeiras correlatas; Vivência em empresas de médio ou grande porte será considerada um diferencial; Experiência com grande volume de pagamentos e tratamento de exceções operacionais.
