A Pagaleve atua no segmento Buy Now Pay Later e foi uma das primeiras empresas a ofertar pagamento parcelado no PIX, sem juros e sem a necessidade de usar cartão de crédito. Nosso objetivo é fornecer aos lojistas um novo método de pagamento para ampliar vendas e oportunizar aos consumidores compras sem altos encargos de crédito.Nesta posição você será a pessoa referência da operação de caixa da companhia, dentro da diretoria de FP&A, DCM & Tesouraria. É uma tesouraria de fintech: múltiplas contas em diferentes instituições, alto giro diário, produto que paga o lojista à vista e recebe do consumidor em parcelas — o que coloca liquidez, aplicação do caixa e estrutura de funding na mesma mesa, todos os dias. Buscamos senioridade para assumir a rotina com autonomia e, na sequência, elevar o patamar de automação e controle da função.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar o fluxo de caixa diário, semanal e mensal, consolidando a posição de caixa da companhia.Executar e monitorar pagamentos, transferências e aplicações financeiras.Responder pela conciliação bancária e pelo controle das contas correntes, garantindo a integridade dos saldos.Produzir o report diário de caixa para a diretoria, com análise das variações e comparação entre realizado e projetado.Construir e manter as projeções de fluxo de caixa, incluindo cenários de estresse.Conduzir a alocação do caixa em produtos de renda fixa, acompanhando rentabilidade, liquidez e risco de contraparte.Elaborar o fechamento mensal de tesouraria: receita financeira, tributos sobre aplicações e indicadores de eficiência do caixa.Atuar em conjunto com FP&A e com a contabilidade, garantindo consistência entre caixa, orçamento e resultado.Apoiar a agenda de funding e a operação de câmbio, incluindo os fluxos e controles da estrutura de FIDC.Fortalecer controles internos e liderar iniciativas de automação da rotina, com uso de inteligência artificial e integrações bancárias.Conduzir a interface operacional com as instituições financeiras, de tarifas e taxas a resolução de incidentes.
