Valorizamos a diversidade e acreditamos que todas as pessoas são bem-vindas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão: Atuar na gestão e otimização do fluxo de caixa e da liquidez do negócio, contribuindo para a eficiência do capital de giro e do resultado financeiro da companhia.A posição terá atuação relevante na projeção e análise de caixa, relacionamento bancário, operações financeiras, recebíveis, captações e investimentos, fornecendo análises e informações para apoiar a tomada de decisão da liderança financeira:Elaborar, atualizar e analisar o fluxo de caixa realizado e projetado, nos horizontes de curto, médio e longo prazo, identificando desvios entre realizado e forecast e propondo ações para otimização da liquidez;Acompanhar a gestão de recebíveis e meios de pagamento, incluindo conciliações, adquirentes e operações de antecipação de recebíveis, avaliando custos e impactos no caixa;Apoiar e acompanhar operações de crédito, captação e investimentos, incluindo alternativas de funding, aplicações financeiras, cronograma de amortizações, custo da dívida e covenants;Monitorar os indicadores de capital de giro, como prazos médios de pagamento, recebimento e estoque, atuando em conjunto com áreas parceiras na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria do ciclo financeiro;Apoiar iniciativas de Supply Chain Finance e soluções financeiras relacionadas à cadeia de fornecedores;Elaborar e acompanhar o resultado financeiro do negócio, analisando variações entre realizado e forecast e seus principais impactos;Acompanhar os principais KPIs de Tesouraria, como custo do endividamento, rentabilidade das aplicações, custo de antecipação, adquirência, estornos e chargebacks, preparando análises e reportes para a liderança;Realizar a gestão e acompanhamento das despesas com cartões corporativos e apoiar a administração das apólices de seguros da companhia;Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, controles financeiros e iniciativas de governança relacionadas às rotinas de Tesouraria;Participar de projetos e iniciativas de melhoria da Tesouraria, contribuindo para evolução de processos, controles, ferramentas e eficiência operacional.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Finanças ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em Tesouraria e/ou Finanças, preferencialmente em empresas de varejo, distribuição ou do segmento automotivo;Conhecimento em fluxo de caixa, capital de giro, operações de crédito, aplicações financeiras e produtos bancários;Conhecimento de matemática financeira, incluindo juros compostos, CDI, Selic, câmbio, VPL e TIR;Excel e PowerPoint em nível avançado;Conhecimento em conciliação de adquirentes, cartões e meios de pagamento;Vivência com ERPs de grande porte, como SAP, TOTVS, Linx ou similares;Conhecimento sobre produtos de captação, meios de pagamento e antecipação de recebíveis;Desejável conhecimento em ferramentas de BI e Inteligência Artificial;Desejável pós-graduação em áreas relacionadas a Finanças ou Negócios;Desejável inglês avançado.
