Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Tesouraria Sênior para atuar com a reestruturação e otimização dos processos envolvendo fluxo de caixa, investimentos, operações. Responsabilidades e atribuições Operações Estruturadas | Captação de Recursos | Investimentos:Desenvolver e conduzir operações financeiras estruturadas; atuar na modelagem e análise de viabilidade financeira de operações de funding; mapear e negociar linhas de crédito junto a instituições financeiras e investidores; comparar alternativas (custo, prazo, garantias) e recomendar a estrutura ideal;Administrar a carteira de aplicações financeiras da companhia (curto e longo prazo); analisar produtos, taxas, riscos e liquidez para maximizar rentabilidade com segurança;Atuar em conformidade com a política de investimentos e perfil de risco da empresa. Considerando as normativas e diretrizes da ANS;Participar do relacionamento com bancos, fintechs e agentes do mercado de capitais.Fluxo de Caixa | Conciliação:Elaborar e manter atualizadas as projeções de fluxo de caixa (curto, médio e longo prazo);Controlar entradas e saídas, assegurando equilíbrio financeiro e antecipando necessidades de recursos;Monitorar variações e propor ações corretivas em alinhamento com a estratégia da companhia;Atuar no fechamento financeiro mensal e atender auditorias, garantindo a conciliação financeira.Dados |Informações | MelhoriasGerar informações relevantes para a tomada de decisão, utilizando ferramentas de análise de dados;Liderar projetos de melhoria de processos e automatizações, visando aumentar a eficiência e a produtividade da equipe.EquipeApoiar o desenvolvimento contínuo dos demais analistas, ser o ponto focalControle, gestão e evolução das atividades do time.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida com captações, investimentos, gestão de caixa e relacionamento bancário;Excel avançado e atuação com ferramentas de análise de dados;Forte capacidade analítica, perfil estratégico e boa habilidade de negociação e comunicação;Diferencial:Experiência no setor de saúde e conhecimento de regulamentações ANS.Experiência com estruturação de FIDC.SAP – FI | TVM.Vivência com uso de inteligência artificial e aplicação em suas atividades
