Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar e executar investimentos de curto e médio prazo (CDB, LCI, Fundos DI, compromissadas, FIDC, etc.) conforme política financeira.Controlar operações de crédito e financiamento (BNDES, FINEP, FUNTTEL, ACC, FIDC, Debêntures, leasing, etc.), faz a gestão da dívida, garantindo que a memória de cálculo está correta, controla a amortizações, juros e garantias.Negociar linhas de crédito e taxas com instituições financeiras, buscando a otimização do custo financeiro e diversificação das fontes de funding (Ex: Debêntures, FIDC, leasing, fiança, FINIMP, EXIM, NCE).Realizar fechamentos de câmbio (pronto, futuro, ACC, ACE, hedge), controlando pagamentos e recebimentos em moeda estrangeira.Elaborar e analisar o fluxo de caixa consolidado (diário, semanal, mensal e projetado), identificando desvios e oportunidades de otimização, garantindo a geração financeira de caixa positiva.Realizar projeções de curto, médio e longo prazo, considerando variações sazonais, compromissos financeiros e políticas de alçada.Garantir o equilíbrio entre liquidez, rentabilidade e segurança nas decisões financeiras.Efetuar conciliações bancárias, garantindo que todos os lançamentos estejam corretamente registrados no sistema;Realizar interface com instituições financeiras, negociando condições de crédito, prazos e taxas;Garantir a execução dos pagamentos e recebimentos conforme políticas internas, mantendo a conformidade com prazos e aprovações;Apoiar o fechamento contábil mensal, fornecendo informações precisas sobre posição de caixa, variações cambiais e operações financeiras;Participar da elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de tesouraria, fornecendo análises para a tomada de decisão;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de tesouraria, implementando controles, automatizações e boas práticas;Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, garantindo a rastreabilidade e conformidade dos registros financeiros;Analisa os contratos de financiamento em conjunto com o Jurídico com objetivo de minimizar o risco de possíveis passiveis;Analise, controle e cotação de seguros;Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Desejável: Pós-graduação ou MBA em Finanças, Controladoria ou Gestão Empresarial;Domínio do pacote Microsoft Office, com Excel avançado (uso de fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas, Power Query);Desejável conhecimento em Power BI para construção e análise de dashboards financeiros;Conhecimento de sistemas ERP (SAP, Totvs Protheus, ou similares);Ampla experiência em tesouraria;Familiaridade com sistemas bancários online e plataformas de tesouraria digital;Conhecimento em contabilidade financeira básica, projeções de fluxo de caixa e controles internos;Desejável noções de hedge cambial, derivativos financeiros e operações internacionais;Conhecimento sólido em conciliação bancária, controles financeiros e instrumentos de crédito;Vivência com gestão de fluxo de caixa realizado e previsto, aplicações financeiras, câmbio e operações bancárias;Inglês intermediário ou avançado;Desejável: Espanhol intermediário.Informações adicionaisVantagens em ser #padtecker:•Vale-refeição e alimentação no cartão Alelo• Plano médico e Odontológico para você e seus dependentes; • Apoio à saúde física com o Gympass• Day Off (dia de folga no seu aniversário)• Crédito Consignado Creditas• Auxílio Creche/ Auxílio PCD para pais que têm filhos com algum tipo de deficiência
