Precisa gostar de trabalhar em equipe e possuir espírito colaborativo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir, documentar e executar planos e casos de testes para as funcionalidades desenvolvidas pelo time; Definir e validar regras de qualidade de dados (quality gates) para detectar duplicidade e inconsistência entre fontes. Testar pipelines de ingestão e transformação, incluindo cenários de falha (mudança de schema, bloqueio de scraping, indisponibilidade de fonte).Validar a precisão e a cobertura de mecanismos de classificação/matching de dados a partir de amostras de referência. Validar a cobertura de testes, preparar e acompanhar relatórios de execução dos testes e de bugs.Testar controles de segurança e acesso (RBAC) nas diferentes camadas da plataforma.Participar de testes de aceitação (UAT) junto ao cliente, validando entregas de cada macro etapa do projeto. Apoiar a documentação de critérios de sucesso e resultado das atividades investigativas do projeto, com foco na validação empírica dos experimentos. Construir testes automizados das soluções desenvolvidas com base em ferramentas disponíveis.Participar em reuniões técnicas e de requisitos com o parceiro. Implementar testes automatizados de qualidade de dados (completude, consistência, regras de negócio). Conduzir testes de performance e carga em pipelines e consultas analíticas. Documentar e reportar bugs, acompanhando sua resolução junto às equipes técnicas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Engenharia/Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou similar.Experiência sólida em testes manuais e automatizados dentro de times ágeis (Scrum). Experiência em testes para Ambiente WEB e scripts.Conhecimento em estratégias de testes: regressão, sanidade, exploratórios, performance e carga. Experiência com frameworks de testes e ferramentas de controle, qualidade e cobertura de testes.Conhecimento de SQL para validação de dados e escrita de queries de checagem.Familiaridade com testes de API (REST/SOAP) e ferramentas como Postman.Desejável a experiência com ferramentas de teste automatizado.Conhecimento de testes de segurança e controle de acesso (RBAC). Boa capacidade analítica para validar precisão de mecanismos de classificação e matching de dados. Diferencial: experiência com testes de performance/carga em ambientes de nuvem.Informações adicionais“O Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado valoriza um ambiente diversificado e se orgulha de ser uma organização que oferece oportunidades de forma igualitária.
