Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesInicialmente, o profissional implementará um grande volume de testes automatizados desde o início do ciclo (Shift Left). Depois, com a redução dessa demanda, atuará como analista de sistemas, documentando requisitos e desenhando soluções para os desenvolvedores. O objetivo é contar com um profissional de longo prazo, que faça essa transição.Responsabilidades:Definir e implementar estratégia Shift Left em conjunto com Devs/SquadLeader e analistas de sistemas;Especificar cenários de teste (BDD/Gherkin), mapear critérios de aceite e garantir rastreabilidade no Xray (Jira);Desenvolver e manter testes automatizados (principalmente com Robot Framework) para API, Web e integrações;Criar consultas SQL avançadas para validação de dados, massa de testes e checagens de integridade;Integrar a automação ao CI/CD (gatilhos, relatórios, evidências);Monitorar qualidade: métricas de cobertura, tempo de ciclo e defeitos em produção;Apoiar testes exploratórios e não funcionais (performance básica, contratos de API);Levantar e documentar requisitos (histórias de usuário, critérios de aceite, regras de negócio, fluxos);Desenhar a solução técnica e repassá-la ao desenvolvedor, esclarecendo dúvidas durante a construção;Apoiar a homologação e participar das cerimônias ágeis.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos (must-have):Experiência como QA/Automatizador(a) (contrato/terceiro ou CLT);Robot Framework (page objects/keywords, libs para API e Web);Xray/Jira: planejamento, execução, evidências e rastreabilidade (requisitos ↔ testes ↔ defeitos);Prática em Shift Left (participar de refinamentos, DoR/DoD, pirâmide de testes);SQL avançado (joins complexos, CTEs, window functions, validação de dados);Git, Pull Requests, revisão de código de testes;Testes de API (REST/SOAP), SQL, Git e CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps ou similar);Levantamento e documentação de requisitos (histórias de usuário, critérios de aceite);Modelagem com UML/BPMN e modelagem de dados básica;Noções de arquitetura e integração entre sistemas (APIs, mensageria, arquivos);Metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban), Jira e Confluence;Comunicação clara e capacidade de traduzir necessidade de negócio em especificação técnica.
