Precisa gostar de trabalhar em equipe e possuir espírito colaborativo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver e executar testes manuais e automatizados para produtos mobile;Liderar tecnicamente iniciativas de qualidade junto às equipes, cliente e stakeholders;Atuar como ponto focal da equipe em discussões técnicas com clientes nacionais e internacionais;Definir estratégias de validação, cobertura de testes e critérios de qualidade;Executar testes em plataforma mobile;Desenvolver frameworks e scripts de automação utilizando Python e outras tecnologias aplicáveis;Criar scripts para coleta, processamento e análise de logs via ADB, Logcat e ferramentas correlatas;Acompanhar métricas de qualidade, estabilidade e performance dos sistemas;Identificar, reproduzir, documentar e acompanhar defeitos ao longo do ciclo de desenvolvimento;Realizar análises de causa raiz (Root Cause Analysis) de problemas complexos;Garantir a rastreabilidade dos testes e a documentação técnica em Jira e ferramentas de gestão;Acompanhar o ciclo completo de desenvolvimento e validação de smartphones;Apoiar tecnicamente membros menos experientes do time, promovendo disseminação de conhecimento e boas práticas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em testes de software e garantia da qualidade (QA);Experiência prática com automação de testes em ambiente Android;Conhecimento em ADB, Logcat, Linux, Git e Docker;Experiência com Python aplicado à automação de testes e análise de dados;Vivência com Jenkins e integração contínua (CI/CD);Conhecimento de métricas e indicadores de qualidade de software;Experiência na investigação e análise de falhas complexas (root cause);Inglês fluente para comunicação verbal, reuniões técnicas e elaboração de relatórios;Disponibilidade para atuação no segundo turno (13hrs às 22hrs);Diferenciais: Certificação ISTQB CTFL ou certificações equivalentes na área de Qualidade;Experiência com ferramentas de IA aplicadas a validação de software;Conhecimento de IDEs como IntelliJ, VS Code e PyCharm;Experiência com Arduino, Raspberry Pi, microcontroladores e desenvolvimento de soluções de automação para testes e instrumentação de laboratório;Vivência em ambientes globais e interação com equipes distribuídas internacionalmente.Informações adicionais“O Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado valoriza um ambiente diversificado e se orgulha de ser uma organização que oferece oportunidades de forma igualitária.
