Junte-se a nós, venha ser um Everyminder!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no ciclo de testes de ponta a ponta em plataformas Salesforce Service Cloud;Elaborar e executar cenários de teste, incluindo Gherkin;Desenvolver e manter automações de testes conforme as necessidades do projeto;Atuar em parceria com QA, PO e desenvolvimento, acompanhando a correção de defeitos e contribuindo para a evolução das práticas de qualidade.Definir a estratégia de teste a partir de user stories e critérios de aceite, identificando o que deve ser manual e o que deve ser automatizado;Escrever e manter cenários e casos de teste, incluindo testes funcionais, de regressão, smoke e exploratórios em ambientes de UAT e homologação;Desenvolver e manter scripts de automação de testes, integrando-os ao pipeline de CI/CD do projeto;Registrar defeitos com evidência, passo a passo e severidade, e acompanhar o ciclo até o fechamento;Atuar na análise de causa raiz de defeitos recorrentes, propondo melhorias no processo de qualidade;Apoiar analistas júnior na escrita de cenários e na adoção de boas práticas de teste;Manter as suítes de teste manuais e automatizadas atualizadas conforme os fluxos mudam;Participar de refinamentos, dailies e reuniões de planejamento da squad;Reportar status de execução, cobertura de testes e indicadores de qualidade para o time.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida com testes de software: tipos de teste, ciclo de vida do defeito, critérios de entrada e saída;Experiência prática escrevendo casos e cenários de teste em projetos reais (não apenas acadêmicos);Domínio de BDD e sintaxe Gherkin (Dado / Quando / Então);Experiência prática em automação de testes com Cypress, Playwright, Selenium ou Cucumber;Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de tarefas e bugs (Jira, Azure DevOps, Businessmap/Kanbanize ou equivalente);Escrita clara em português: um defeito mal descrito custa uma reunião;Inglês para leitura de documentação técnica;Organização, autonomia e atenção a detalhe.Diferenciais:Experiência prévia com Salesforce, em qualquer nuvem;Certificação CTFL (ISTQB Foundation Level) ou CTAL;SQL ou SOQL intermediário;Teste de APIs com Postman ou Insomnia, incluindo automação de testes de API;Integração de testes automatizados a pipelines de CI/CD;Leitura de layouts no Figma.
