Alubar está contratando Analista de TI JR - Workplace para atuar na área de Tecnologia da Informação em unidade localizada em São Paulo Este profissional será responsável pela administração e suporte do ambiente Workplace da organização, prestando suporte aos usuários e apoiando a gestão das plataformas Microsoft 365. Participará das atividades de administração de dispositivos, usuários, licenciamento, colaboração e segurança.

Responsabilidades e atribuições 📜 Responsabilidades:📌Administrar contas, grupos e acessos corporativos.

Apoiar a gestão de licenças Microsoft 365 e Microsoft Entra ID.

📌

Auxiliar na administração de dispositivos corporativos através do Microsoft Intune.

📌

Apoiar a criação e manutenção de sites e permissões no SharePoint Online.

📌

Implementar e manter políticas de segurança como BitLocker, LAPS e DLP.

📌

Atuar na gestão de ferramentas de colaboração Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive e SharePoint).

Monitorar conformidade dos dispositivos e aplicações corporativas.

📌

Realizar atendimento de incidentes e requisições relacionados ao ambiente Workplace.

📌

Executar processos de admissão, movimentação e desligamento de usuários.

📌

Administrar inventário e ciclo de vida dos ativos de TI.

📌

Acompanhar indicadores operacionais e garantir o cumprimento dos SLA's.

📌

Elaborar documentação técnica, procedimentos operacionais e base de conhecimento.

Interagir com fornecedores e parceiros para sustentação e evolução das plataformas sob sua responsabilidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Básica: Ensino superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia de Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimentos Específicos: Sistemas operacionais Windows 10, Windows 11; Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint e administração de usuários); Active Directory e/ou Microsoft Entra ID; Suporte a estações de trabalho, notebooks e usuários corporativos; Ferramentas de Service Desk e gestão de chamados; Conceitos básicos de redes e segurança da informação; Administração de licenças Microsoft 365; Conhecimento em Microsoft Intune; Conhecimento em SharePoint Online; Noções de segurança para endpoints (BitLocker, LAPS e DLP); Noções básicas de PowerShell; Certificações Microsoft ou ITIL serão consideradas diferenciais.Experiência Requerida: Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em suporte de TI, Service Desk, Suporte de Infraestrutura, Workplace ou atividades correlatas, sendo desejável ter atuado com tecnologias do ecossistema Microsoft 365.Idiomas: Inglês avançado.
